I'm giving a 3 star because Dr. Reuben is a really amazing dentist and does great work.
I had been going to this dentist for 2 years. Have always gotten a phone call, text and or voicemail. I had a cleaning set up for Dec 19th, Abby called woth a cancelation for November 25th and I took it. I showed up to my appt after I got off work very early. I check in and Abby stars grinning and shaking her head. I ask her what's wrong? She replies that Mrs. Danielle took last minute vacation, and we tried calling you. I told her that my phone has been on and nobody has tried calling me. She said well it was like yesterday or last week. Again nobody has tried calling me to let me know my appt was canceled. Funny how for 2 years I have recieved texts, calls and voicemail and all of a sudden calls aren't going through? Come on! So I wasted my time and gas coming out to Fort. Mitchell and all Abby can say is we're booking into March. I made an appt and left irritated as can be. On my drive home I stopped by the clinic by my house and signed paperwork, and booked my whole family appts.
Instead of lying and saying you tried to call me she could have just said hey sorry we made a mistake. Regardless now you've lost 3 patients.

Being a military family for 23 years, my family has visited plenty of dental offices and Fort Mitchell Dentistry has been the best place we have ever gotten our dentistry needs met. I think that is saying a lot since we have been all over the world. Dr Moyana and his entire staff truly care not just about our dental care but also about our family. They always inquire as to how my family is doing at every visit. We explicitly trust that the care we get is the care that we need and have never been pressured to do unnecessary procedures, unlike other places we have been. I always leave his office with a smile and I would recommend Fort Mitchell Dentistry to anyone! The entire team is truly amazing!
This is absolutely the best dentist I have gone to. Our kids love going. Dr. Moyana cares so much about his patients. He remembers even small details about his patients. The hygienists are so kind and also so good at their job. His office staff is wonderful and kind too. It is a delight to go to Dr. Moyana.
