I had my first (and hopefully last) root canal this month with Dr Glassley who was referred by Dr. Diehl at Dupont Family Dentistry and Dr Jason and his team were FANTASTIC! I arrived a few minutes early for an 8:45 appointment and was back in my car at 10am. All my questions were answered, the procedure went well and although I was told to take some over the counter pain meds if I needed them over the next few days, I needed none! By 12:30pm my mouth was "un-numb". And a surprise phone call from the Dr. himself the next day asking how I was doing and to make sure if I needed anything or had more questions was above and beyond what was expected. Thank you again for your devotion to your craft and superior patient care from you and your entire staff!

Dr Adam Everhart did a sort of complicated root canal for me. After numbing me well, he talked me through the entire procedure while I took brief naps. He was outstanding! No pain! He was able to go through a wee hole in the top of my crown, and my regular dentists were amazed! My dentist permanently plugged the tiny hole the next week and I was spared the cost of a new crown. Wonderful young man!

I am so glad I went to Jason Glassley for a second opinion! I had a really bad experience at an in-network endodontic in Indy. The Indy endodontic assistant caused me much anxiety and the procedure had to be stopped (after local anesthesia). It was then that the endodontic decided to take another look at the xrays and advised I should have my molar removed, being that it seems fractured. Jason Glassley was God sent! He personally called me back when I had questions. After careful examination he concluded there is no fracture and we scheduled the procedure. Because of the anxiety I was already under he allowed my husband to stay in the room. Conscious sedation was an AMAZING experience! I had a follow up appointment months later, which confirmed that my root is healing well. A biological dentist in Indy also raved about Dr. Glassley's work. I paid out-of-network pricing but it was well worth it. Jason is kind, thorough and understands how to handle someone with dental anxiety.

Both of the times I was in the office, my interaction with Kelly, the receptionist, was not pleasant. She made me feel unwelcome and like I was an inconvenience, even tossing my insurance card across the desk. This was very disappointing because Dr. Glassley and the other staff were very professional and kind. However, I was very impressed when Dr. Glassley reached out to check in on how I was feeling following my procedure. He gave me the opportunity to ask further questions and he also addressed my concerns. This was very much appreciated!!
