This place in Long Beach is terribly ran. I came here for a filling, and they overbooked patients with only one dentist on site who was running around like crazy. They started my filling but stopped midway, only finishing half because the dentist had 'more important work' with another patient. Then they sent me away and asked me to come back another day. I never returned. If you need fillings and crowns in Long Beach, CA, I'd look elsewhere based on my experience.

What started out nice at this Long Beach dental office ended horribly for me. At first, things were moving fast—I had a few silver fillings replaced with white ones. But then I was forced into a dental plan I didn't want, and they made a partial plate that didn't fit at all, even though I insisted on implants. After that, they froze contact. The secretaries were rude and kept me away from the actual dentist, who seemed nice initially. If you're looking for dentures and partials in Long Beach, CA, I'd be cautious here.

It's a shame because I think very highly of Dr. Jackson in Long Beach—she's an amazing, thoughtful dentist. But her staff has a lot to learn. I had an appointment booked for months, and the day before, someone called to move it from 11am to 9am. No big deal, but they didn't tell me it would be longer than an hour, especially since my last few visits were under 30 minutes. When I arrived and said I needed to be somewhere by 10am, it caused issues. For exams and x-rays in Long Beach, CA, Dr. Jackson is great, but the staff communication needs work.

In the last 6 months, I've had so much work done and it's been awesome—I'm pain-free and my work looks beautiful. My experience at this Long Beach dentist has been extraordinary! The service is the best—the receptionist is polite, and the dentist and assistants are so friendly and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like a bother. After breaking my jaw and teeth in a bad fall in August 2022, I scheduled here based on hospital recommendations. Starting in October, by December 13th, I had my smile back and my teeth fixed. I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this place for cosmetic dentistry in Long Beach, CA.

Took me a minute to make this review. You see I wasn’t your average patient. I’ve had medical issues that’s caused changes in my life. One being that I couldn’t remember my past as to how I ended up in a hospital intubated for 5 months. But upon receiving dental work from this amazing staff, I had what they called a triggering point. And as soon as the dentist was numbing my mouth, I broke down, cause I was finally able to remember what had happened to me. I was able to see what had been done to me while Dr’s were trying to safe my life. How I made it through that dentist visit holding back tears was beyond me, I can only be as honest and say that the staff at this place was at its best while treating me. Very respectful and attentive towards me. They went out of their way to make me feel ok. And not feel weird over what I was going through at that moment. I can’t emphasize enough how great of a place this is. It’s professional and it takes care of you. I would single out one or two individuals, but I think that would make it seem as if those were the only ones who took care of me, when in truth, the whole staff was there for me, including I’m guessing the owner. She made sure I was taken care of. Talk about the dental work that was done on me, I’m smiling now and my confidence came back. The work that was done on me was 100% perfect. I was afraid to pay a visit to a dentist. Been years. I’m glad I picked the perfect Dental Office to take care of my teeth. Don’t hesitate to call this place and make an appointment. It’s worth it. I'm a new patient for this office. Denisha was my introduction to this office and she provided amazing customer service. She is so nice and helpful. By the end of my call, I had my first appointment scheduled and I was excited to visit the office. Today was my first appointment. I was treated like royalty from the time I walked in to the time I left. Everyone took extra precautions to keep me safe and my service was done professionally and without pain. Always a great experience. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The Dr is great. She is always wanting to do what's best for patients and will give the extra time if needed. She has a return costumer here! If she can't handle something she will let you know and point you in a direction that is most helpful.
