Alright, it's about time i share my heart and thoughts about this extraordinary gem of a dentist office. I've been seeing this clinic since I moved to Washington, which is about 6 years now. Let me tell you about how much I truly love this office and their staff. I used to be very scared of the dentist but ever since i found Fresh Smiles, ive learned to be trusting of my providers and the staff who always take such great care of me. They are extremely gentle and really listen if i have any pain or discomfort. The office is always clean and welcoming. 💙
STAFF: The front desk receptionist (i think she also does dental things) is incredible. Always so friendly and remembers specific things about my schedule along with other patients. That alone deserves a raise! The entire staff is friendly tbh. I've never had anyone make me feel less than welcome. They also talk to me like im a person! Which is so great. A lot of offices tend to go off a script and meet numbers, but not these guys. They care about you and want you to know it. They even didnt mind when i bring my stuffed animals to my appts.
Doctor:
Dr. Do is such a sweet person. She is always very knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to explain things to me so that im not afraid of anything. We carefully planned my treatment plan and i felt a great sense of accomplishment when we got to the very ends of it. Shes also very calming, which is a great thing to have when in healthcare. She always gives 110% to meet the patients needs and does so very kindly.
Schedule: This is also another shout-out to the staff (and doctor) who have always been so helpful in getting me scheduled or even rescheduled when life happens. If i ever have any sudden pains or dental scares, i know i can trust in this office to put me as the patient first, and that is something you can not find just anywhere.
So anyways, yeah, this place is simply amazing, and I recommended that all my friends and family go here as they are always so gentle and professional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After 30+ years of good dentists in Seattle, I moved to Des Moines 2 years ago and had a rough first dental visit in 2021. So glad I found Fresh Smiles. Dr. Tracy and Nina were super warm and professional, and they took the time to explain everything after a thorough exam. Farrah, my hygienist, even offered me wireless headphones to block out noise while I listened to my own music. Really thoughtful touch. Dr. Do and her staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Always doing what they can to help me feel comfortable in their office. I highly recommend coming here especially if you need an implant like I did. I was nervous before the procedure was done but little did I know how easy and successful it would turn out. I barely felt a thing! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends.

Great new locations, I went to one next to Safeway. It was very convenient, close to my neighborhood. Dentists were professional, great service that was covered by my dental plan. Customer service was wonderful; their staff is friendly and very personable. I see the same staff members and its good to see the same hygienist and dentist when its time for my cleanings and check-ups.
I have been looking for a new dental office for quite some time now and I can say without a doubt that I've found it at Fresh Smiles dental clinic in Des Moines. The doctors and office staff were all courteous, nice and respectful. They were also very accommodating, as I showed up a little late to my appointment. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and spoke to me with my best interests at heart. I got 3 "deep" cavities done in a little over an hour
The clinic is also located next to a Safeway so I went and got my grocery shopping done while I waited for my appointment (which is why I was a little late). Lastly, this clinic is brand new, which feels more like a spa than a dental office! I give this place 5 stars and two thumbs up! I highly recommend anyone on the fence to pay this place a visit.
