Edit to add: The front office lady at Friendly Dental Group in Mooresville helped me out a ton—they brought me back in to fix the tooth free of charge. I appreciate them listening to my concerns and getting me in ASAP. Still waiting months later with tooth pain though; I've called a few times since my appointment, and after starting with clean teeth, now have a problem on my right side. Each time I call, they say they'll call back and speak to the higher-ups, but by Jan 2026, still nothing and still tooth pain, just prescribed ibuprofen.

A very disappointing experience. The place doesn’t look like a real dental clinic — more like a space where different dentists rent cubicles. It wasn’t clean or organized. After waiting for an hour, I explained that I had other commitments. The dentist’s assistant was very rude and unprofessional, showing no empathy at all, and said that the dentist is busy and she doesn’t know how much longer I would have to wait. She added that if I wanted to leave, I could. Please do your homework and research carefully before going here. For sure, **NOT RECOMMENDED**.

Dr. Nagel very unprofessional, he entered the room as I was there to get a root canal he did not introduce himself. He was so busy talking about his chicken coop to his assistant to where I had to interrupt him to introduce myself and ask him his name and then he proceeds to want to try to do work in my mouth and still didn’t introduce himself. I would not recommend this dentistry to any one go elsewhere they treat patients horribly I wish I could give this place zero stars
