Terrible time management dont bother to be on time to your appointment you will always wait 15-30 minutes before being seen. If you miss or are late to an appointment they send a threatening text about paying a fee for punctuality. The front desk also randomly schedules you with what ever orthodontist they feel is fine instead of keeping your appointments with the same specialist. They also just randomly rebook your visits instead of confirming with you that the time and day they chose is okay. Lastly theres a bunch of chitter chatter at the front desk the staff at front desk is rude and unprofessional they talk about patients for everyone to hear. Dont bring your kids here there is too much traffic to execute good customer service. However, My orthodontist and hygienist are always nice .
Honestly, I've been terrified of dentists since I was a kid—I'm 38 now and my last dentist in Brooklyn had me so scared I avoided going for years. But Friends Family Dental & Braces changed everything. The female doctor there was probably the nicest, most decent dentist I've ever met. Didn't feel any pain at all during my visit, and they've got all these nice new machines. The staff was beautiful and super friendly. I even brought my wife the same day, and now I'm making appointments for all my kids and my mom. Dad and I will definitely recommend them to anyone in Brooklyn looking for a great dentist.

The staff here in Brooklyn are very understanding and welcoming. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times, and on the day of, I needed a later slot—they moved it with ease. Ekaterine, the dental assistant, was with me during my procedure and she was a joy to be around, so easygoing and joyous. Will definitely be returning to this office for my dental needs.

My first and last time at this office in Brooklyn! I'm disappointed with our recent visit—I scheduled because my son had pain and gum swelling, and I clearly said he needed to see a doctor. We arrived on time, but the front desk staff weren't welcoming. The technician taking X-rays wasn't gentle or kind, making my son uncomfortable. After that, they just cleaned his teeth and said the doctor was unavailable. For pediatric dental care, this felt really unprofessional and dismissive.

We'd been loyal patients at this dental office in Brooklyn for a long time, but a recent emergency changed everything. When we needed urgent help for our child, the office was unresponsive and unaccommodating. Despite our long history with them, there was no support in a tough situation. Doctors seemed rushed and dismissive, not explaining things clearly. It became clear their main concern is money, not patient care. The office is nice very kids friendly, staff was very helpful, the office looks like it gets pretty busy, I can’t complain each time we visit our experience has been good. Dr Alan explains everything and the assistant sorry I forgot your name but he was very helpful as well, my daughter was a bit nervous he made her feel comfortable soon after she was ok. We had a great experience and look forward to working with him again.
My son had his first dental appointment here in Brooklyn—he's 1.8 years old. We had a 5:30 pm slot, and I arrived at 5:10. Like any little kid, he couldn't sit still for more than 5 minutes, so he played in the hall. The assistant called us for an X-ray, but he started crying and we decided not to do it. Then we waited more in the hall before being called again. We went to the room and waited for the doctor, but he didn't show up. After 10 minutes, my son ran out to play, and when I went to get him (took maybe a minute or two), the assistant said the doctor left because we weren't there. Felt really rushed and disappointing for a pediatric visit.

Today experience, despite of the rainy day, was fast, good, easy, with friendly staff, with very friendly and understanding hygienist. My boy and I loved it! In the past, we had different experiences there. Mostly good, but tough sometimes. Today, we were very lucky. I think, it depends on staff, for 99.99%. Super clean, friendly and patient staff, play area for the children in the waiting room, gaming area for older children, Netflix on the TV in waiting room and above the ceiling for the children.
These guys are amazing—they saw three of my kids and we were in and out in less than half an hour. Everyone's so kind, efficient, and patient, which is a huge deal when you're dealing with little ones in Brooklyn. My kids actually love going to the dentist now, which I never thought I'd say.
