Our 4-year-old was super nervous for her first dental visit, but the whole team at Gateway Little Smiles made it a breeze. Today was great—our son wasn't feeling the dentist visit this morning, but hygienist Olivia and Dr. Zay were so incredibly patient with him. They gave him toys and turned on the train to distract him. Once he had that, he was totally fine! Really impressed with their approach to pediatric dental cleanings.

Hands down the best pediatric dentist we've been to in Collinsville. Every staff member is super friendly and fantastic with kids. My daughter actually enjoys going! We won't take our kids anywhere else. If you need a dentist who really gets children, this is the place.

Everyone was great, but the wait times were rough—25 minutes for a 5-minute cleaning, then another 5-10 for the doctor. The place also felt dirty, not very sterile for a dentist office. The chair had a big hole, and the waiting room furniture was dirty and looked from the early 90s. Staff was nice, but overall not what I expected.

This was my son's second visit. He's autistic and finds dental visits challenging, so I hoped for gentle, sensory-aware care. Unfortunately, both times procedures couldn't be completed. I appreciate the staff's kindness, but I feel the practice could use more training for kids with sensory or behavioral needs. We're in Collinsville and need a dentist who can support him better.

Gateway Little Smiles is a great experience for my three sons. Dr. Carly and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Dr. Carly always remembers my other sons when I'm there with one and asks about them—makes us feel like friends. My boys are comfortable, and the dental care has been wonderful. They're also very considerate of my sons' food allergies and always double-check ingredients. Couldn't ask for more.
