Honestly, Geller Family Dental in Yonkers, NY really lives up to its name — it feels like family from the moment you walk in. Who actually likes going to the dentist? I usually dread it, but not here. What's normally stressful turns into a surprisingly pleasant experience. The staff is kind and attentive, making you comfortable the whole time. They take time to explain everything during my routine cleanings, never rushing, treating you like a person, not just a patient. It's rare to find a dental practice that cares this much.

Trust me, I never like going to the dentist, but my visit to Geller Family Dental in Yonkers was surprisingly nice. The place was spotless, everybody was friendly, and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off. Best part — they pulled my tooth and treated an infection without needing general anesthesia. The dentist was excellent. Their wisdom teeth extractions are handled so well. Strongly recommend them!

Love the people at Geller Family Dental! I actually moved to Connecticut and still drive back to Yonkers for my cleanings and Invisalign because they do such a great job. My partner gets nervous at the dentist, but his hygienist was so thoughtful with him when we started going there in 2022. Now he won't try anyone else! Their Invisalign treatment has been perfect for me.

I'm a new client who has severe anxiety with anything dental. Let me tell you the Dr. Bookman noticed my visible anxiety and was so patient and worked slowly. She let me take breaks to get myself together. I was her 1st client of the day and I know it would have been a nightmare had the roles been reversed. Not only was she patient and helped me through the process but talked to me to take my mind off of what she was doing. The staff was so friendly and also understanding. One even gave me recipes lol. I rate this dental office a 10 out of 10.
Finding a dentist that is honest who makes you feel safe & comfortable is rare. To find someone who does great work with those qualities is even more rare. Dr Andrew Geller is such a blessing for someone like me who has the worst luck with Dentists or maybe that’s most people’s experience with finding a good dentist. Most are trying to upsell & get the most out of their patients. I want my dentist to be one who truly cares about the outcome of my teeth. If I can help one person who’s had terrible Dental experiences & has a mistrust in dentist that’s good karma for me. Which is why I decided to write a review.

Been going to Geller Family Dental for years now, and they're excellent. Before coming here, I was nervous about visiting the dentist — that's totally in the past. The entire staff in Yonkers is welcoming, friendly, and super professional. Brenda Fonseca-Norat is a kind and knowledgeable hygienist, and Dr. Jessica Bookman is amazingly talented. Everything in the office is state of the art with the latest technology. Their dental implants work is top quality too.

Total lack of communication at Geller Family Dental in Yonkers. When I called, I explained my situation, but at the visit, I was told I needed an expensive x-ray to check for changes — how would they know if they'd never seen me? When I asked for a simple alignment instead, they told me to go where I went before. The dentist never even came to see me. Felt like they were only interested in money. The staff I saw were nice, but I'd never recommend this dentist.

One of my best choices I ever made as it relates to dental care, was to align myself with Geller dental. They truly care and will do whatever they can to deliver amazing , professional work. A specific instance occurred when I had a dental emergency. I mean a sitwhere i took a baseball to the mouth. Within 24 hours they had me in and fixed to a level that I can go on with everday life. They made a bad situation much better within 24 hours. Told me to come in immediately and Dr. Growling was amazing as he went to work. I tell everyone who I can to go to Geller dental. They are amazing. Everyone who works there is awesome.

Fabulous appointment today. The dental hygienist, Crystal, was exceptional. Very detail oriented. Communicated well. Very pleasant but not chatty. I highly recommend this practice/group. I have been going there for cleaning and major dental work. They are top notch.
