This office has been wonderful to work with! I am so pleased with the care I received. The dentist (as well as his team) have such a caring demeanor. Dr. Boateng and his staff have excelled at explaining my dental issues while offering feasible options for continued care with keeping my insurance coverage and finances in mind as well. At my previous Dentist of 20 years, I felt pressured to purchase specific toothpaste or other accessories/treatments that were unaffordable and perhaps unnecessary. I have not experienced anything similar at this office. Everyone has been very kind, competent and put the patient first! Highly recommend!

Dr Dan and his staff have restored my faith and trust in dentistry! I worked in a dental office for years and never fully understood why people were afraid of dentists until I had a bad experience. My previous dentist damaged two of my teeth adjacent to the ONE he worked on and I spent a year trying to explain to them that something was wrong/not right only to have it dismissed and disregarded. I was terrified of having dental work done after that. I decided to look elsewhere and didn’t quite find one I fully trusted. I am so happy I was recommended to Gentle Care Dentistry. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful and Dr Dan is phenomenal. Finding dentists who listen, take their time, put in the effort and care about their patients seems rare these days. I finally am an ease from the moment I walk in to the moment I walk out. Dr Dan checks every box! I highly recommend this dental office!

They treat us very well and do a great job. I only have had one issue with a filling not being filed down enough, but I called, and they fixed it immediately! I also bring my 4 kids and they take very good care of them

Gentle Care is the best dentistry I have been to. Growing up my parents took me to a different dentist. I stopped going to that one when I was old enough to look for my own. Went to a couple others, and none compare to the care I receive here at gentle care. I've been going for over 3 years at this point, and I have no intention of leaving. They truly are GENTLE at this place, and are here to truly provide the best care for you mouth. They don't rush people to get fillings. I had a spot on my tooth they were concerned about, told me to floss until my next appointment and they'd check
on it. Once I returned they said my flossing worked and no filling was necessary. My dental assistant is wonderful, and the dentist is so kind. Can't express how much I appreciate this place. 10/10 would recommend.
I have always been afraid of dentists due to a horrific experience years ago and it takes me a very long time to trust one. When we moved to Fort Wayne, I was terrified to leave my dentist of 13 years and start all over again. I came to Gentle Care with the recommendation of a trusted friend and I could not have been more pleased! This staff is incredible!!!! They have always made me feel safe, comfortable and welcomed. I cannot recommend coming here any more. Dr Boateng is the kindest man I have ever known and he is just so comforting. He genuinely cares for his patients and is always asking how your family is doing. He remembers your concerns and is quick to answer any questions. He is phenomenal. Gentle Care Dentistry lives up to its name! This was the most pleasant dental visit I have ever had. The hygienist was excellent and very thorough. I felt totally confident that they wanted to give me the best care without trying to "upsell" me procedures I did not need. The dentist himself was very pleasant and caring. I highly recommend this dental office for those who want honest and considerate care!
My husband needed all of his teeth extracted for an upcoming open heart surgery. I explain the situation to the receptionist when I called and they were able to get us in the same day for a consultation. We met with Dr Boateng, (forgive me if I spelled that wrong) and he was a kinda and caring man. We showed him our quote from Aspen Dental and he told us not to worry that he would help us. His quote came back far cheaper then Aspen. Luckily there happened to be a cancelation and we were able to be scheduled in for that same Friday. Dr. Boateng made sure we were the only patients there during this time frame. I envy that courtesy as it made us feel very comfortable and at ease knowing he could focus directly on my husband's care. This man and his staff have wonderful bedside manners and when we can afford to get the implants done for my husband we will for sure be coming back here. We truly were treated with Gentle Care.
The office is clean, ample parking, appointments are seen timely, love my hygienist Katie (please forgive the spelling of her name if it’s incorrect), and the Dentist is understanding and caring. I have been with this establishment since moving to Indiana. I would definitely recommend this office.
This is the best dentist office I've ever been to! The hygienists and techs are incredible. Everyone is so nice. When you arrive the women at the front desk are warm and welcoming. Now let's talk about Dr. Boating. He's the coolest doctor in my personal list of doctors. He will go out of the way to help you in any way you might need it regarding dental problems and resolutions. I'd recommend this soft spoken man to anyone. Thanks to all of the staff, again.

Went there yesterday for the first time. Had a great experience. The staff was pleasant and professional. Each room I was in had a large TV playing. I felt no pain during my procedures and the dentist was quick, to the point that when he said we were done, I asked him if he'd taken care of each of my issues, which he had. This is the best dentist I've been to and will have no issue going back if I have an issue in the future.

I highly recommend Dr. Dan and his staff. I have been a patient for years, and have always been impressed with this business. Cleanliness, professionalism, friendliness, and comfort level are all exceptional. I have regular cleanings and have had several procedures - fillings, to a partial and now a bridge. Dr. Dan, the hygienists, assistants, and the ladies at the front desk and the ease of scheduling or rescheduling - they are all accommodating and go above and beyond to ensure patients are comfortable and cared for. I am a big baby when it comes to needles and some procedures, but Dr. Dan soothes my anxiety with his calm manner, expertise, and sense of humor.

They take the time to listen to any concerns and provide personalized treatment plans. The office is clean and modern, making each visit pleasant. I trust them completely with my dental care.
I never write reviews but I had to for this place. I've had really bad experiences with other dentist's which led me to neglecting appointments & not going anywhere for years. I started having tooth pain & noticed cavities coming in pretty bad so I went to Lakewood & had a God awful experience. So bad that I left in the middle of my appointment. So I called this place & told them what happened at Lakewood. They got me in within a few weeks & Gentle Care took amazing care of my teeth. They filled about 6 cavities of mine at 2 different appointments. I will be going back regularly for cleanings & I also switched my children over to this place. At first I had really bad anxiety, but the staff made me feel comfortable & Dr Boateng is very caring & listens to how you're feeling. It's very clean in here & they make sure they get your teeth done right.
