Nicole, Teri, and Dr. Garcia are amazing. I've had quite a few cavities filled and I also have dentist anxiety. They were all so sweet and comforting, made an unenjoyable experience actually bearable. We got it done! 5 stars isn't enough to say how much I love my hygienist Jamie and Dr. Pollock. Both are phenomenal at their jobs and take such great care of me. They're kind and gentle—just like the name. Never nervous about going to the dentist here in Lincoln. Highly recommend for cleanings and exams.

Gentle Dental never disappoints! They treat me like family. Had a dental emergency and they got me in first thing Monday morning. Dr. Pollock diagnosed the problem and got me to an Orthodontist the same day. I was in excruciating pain, and they came to the rescue! Best in Lincoln for emergency treatment!

Five stars isn't enough for this practice. Dr. Garcia and her team are simply wonderful. The office is stunning—from the massage chairs to the coffee and water bar. We're so lucky to have them on this end of town in Lincoln! Actually look forward to going to the dentist now.

Great experience every time I go. I always have the same hygienist, who is great and treats me with respect and like I’m family. My 6-7 year olds actually enjoy going to the dentist because of her. I skipped the dentist for many years because of bad experiences and price of getting things fixed. Since coming here I have had all major problems fixed. With finances being tight I was really scared to see final costs. The dentist took the time to explain to me how I can spread out the procedures and gave me multiple options for payment plans. And best was I didn’t feel like I was being forced to do it all. They explained why it’s important, offered how to help, and then let me take time to decide how I wanted to proceed. The receptionist are always super nice and accommodating and always remember something about the last time we talked. It’s a nice feeing for me and my family to GET to go to the dentist instead of HAVING to go… even if we need work done, not just a cleaning.

I HATE the dentist. Horrible childhood experiences kept me away for years. But as I aged, my teeth needed more attention. Googled gentle dentistry and found Gentle Dental in Lincoln. I was nervous, but they were kind and gentle. Dr. Garcia took great care of me, was honest about issues, and set up treatment right away. Reception is kind and professional too.

What a terrific experience! Dr. Garcia does a terrific job in explaining a plan for my continued dental health. She listens and takes time in answering questions and provided great follow-up with my other health care providers. Julie and Nichole were so professional, knowledgeable, and personable, it made my first appointment a joy! So glad I made the switch to "Gentle Dental!"
My previous experiences with dentists have been ones mixed; some of being ignored & several were pretty good & others not at all near positive.
My experiences with Gentle Dental have raised my expectations for being able to communicate with the dentist, technicians, plus their receptionists are great!
To actually feel as if I have a say in the processes needed to reach the goal for my dental health is absolutely wonderful. I don't believe I would want to accept lesser standards ongoing.
In short, if you really consider dentistry as a LAST resort, I encourage you to visit this practice and at least meet with & speak honestly with them. They not only speak with you, they listen to and consider your concerns!
As a result, I happily say, I'm looking forward to the next year to have their experience, knowledge & understanding to accomllish my dental goals.

It was a complete and utter delight to be in this building! Everyone was so incredibly kind, and furthermore all very professional. I went in to have a cavity filled, and it was quite literally the first dentist experience in my life without pain. It never even occurred to me that a cavity removal could be an experience with so little pain. The entire experience was unbelievably positive for me, so I wholeheartedly recommend this dentist to anyone who can schedule there. 100/10
I switched to Gentle Dental from another dental office in Lincoln as I was dissatisfied with their performance. It was a great move. From the first person you meet coming in the door to the last, they are super friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I had to have a filling, the first in many years and can't say enough about how pain free the experience was with the team of Donna and Dr. Garcia. So happy I made the switch.
I never enjoyed going to the dentist growing up. In fact, I would dread it every time. The staff are so great about making me feel as comfortable as possible. They are kind, caring, and answer any questions/concerns I have. My appointments always run smoothly and I get out in a timely manner. I no longer dread going in.
