The dentist and staff are super friendly and professional every time we go. My review might've been deleted, but years later, my daughter's still traumatized from being forcibly handled by Dr. Armstrong at Giggles and Grins in Southlake, TX. We saw Dr. Capeci once—she's outstanding—but that one other visit caused real PTSD. If your child has fears about sedation dentistry or any dental care, I'd be cautious with this office.

Couldn't be happier we found Giggles & Grins in Southlake, TX. The facility is incredible, and the front staff is so warm and professional. What really stood out was their open bay dental concept—they let my child have independence during cleanings, which builds confidence. Dr. C was intentional, kind, and thorough. This place in Southlake, TX is amazing. Not sure if it's standard for pediatric dentists these days, but I was shocked by how wonderful the staff and office setup are. My kids went for their first dental appointment expecting tantrums, but they left joyful, saying they miss the dentist. For preventive dentistry and a great experience, it's 10/10 approved!

My daughter got fillings done at Giggles and Grins in Southlake, TX. A few days later, her teeth started hurting badly—turned out to be an infection from drilling too deep. Months later, she had to get them removed at another dentist. If you're considering emergency dental care or procedures here, make sure to trust the dentist, as things like this are irreversible. We're furious and won't go back.

Literally can't recommend Giggles and Grins enough in Southlake, TX. My child has special needs and hates teeth brushing, but they did an amazing job keeping him calm and comfortable. It never felt rushed. By the end, he was making friends with the hygienists and letting the dentist hold him. Their special-needs dental care is top-notch—10/10, and I'm actually looking forward to our next appointment!

Best office I've ever taken my toddler to in Southlake, TX. They're kind and sincere, making you feel at ease. My toddler is autistic and did extremely well with the whole staff—Dr. Capeci, Melany, and Brandie were amazing and caring. For special-needs dental care, this office is a gem. Dr. Armstrong and staff have always been amazing. This time above and beyond to help our son who had a soccer injury that resulted in an abscess over the weekend. They made sure he got the medical treatment that was needed and then also great care for the extractions. Hands down will always recommend Giggles and Grins.

Our previous dentist wanted an aggressive approach to cavities, but here, Dr. Watts took new X-rays and discussed a realistic plan for fillings. Giggles and Grins and specifically Dr. Watts are amazing!! My 17 year old has been going here for years and actually looks forward to it! He loves Dr. Watts and feels like she’s a friend. She has filled cavities, checked his X-rays and consistently advised us about how his teeth are progressing and she’s always right! The staff and the office is welcoming, fun and cheerful and they will go the extra mile for my child! I will continue to drive to Southlake from Fort Worth because I trust these dentists so much! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
Absolutely LOVED our experience at Giggles and Grins! They made my very nervous and anxious four year old so comfortable and extracted a tooth with absolutely no issue. We will go back! Highly recommend! Dr. C was the best!

Fantastic experience. I was so nervous about my daughter having her first “procedure”, as one of my sons had a less than favorable experience (years ago in another town… he was left traumatized😢)

I absolutely loved our entire experience at Giggles & Grins and would 100% recommend this office to anyone with children! My son was seen originally by a different pediatric dental office and I was not happy with them. A friend referred us here and I IMMEDIATELY felt better about the whole situation with my son's dental issues. The dentist was kind, made sure to communicate with my son and make him feel comfortable (he is 1 yr old so this was very important to me, as the previous place did not do this), and extremely informative if the whole situation and made me feel better about the decisions we had to make and the whole process afterward. It made my worried mama heart go from panicking to being completely at peace. As I said above, I would 100% recommend this place!!
My experience here has been nothing below amazing! The entire staff takes great care of my daughter and her teeth and always makes sure to go over any concerns in detail. I really appreciate that they take their time and are always super friendly and eager to assist me when needed. It is so hard to find a trustworthy and loving place that checks all of my boxes, but this is one office I will keep my daughter at. Thank you everyone for sharing your love!
G&G took such amazing care of my 4 year old! She had fillings done and they went over and above what was discussed in our initial consultation. We are cash paying and they worked with me to be able to pay for this and I’m very thankful for them. My daughter enjoyed her visits and looks forward to them! That makes a mommas heart happy. ***EDIT: We came back the end of September 2019 and it was just as warm and friendly. My daughter is sketchy about strangers and anything in general and she did so good. Or should I say, they did so good with her. This is definitely our place for pediatric dentistry. We love it hands down!
