Been seeing Dr. Gladden since he opened and honestly, I've found my forever dentist in Savannah. The whole staff is super caring and professional. He really takes the time to make sure you're comfortable, and my whole family sees him now. Wait times are short, and they tell you all costs upfront—no surprises. They even send reminders by email, text, and phone a week before. I'm picky, but he's awesome. Some of those bad reviews don't make sense to me. If you need a dentist in Savannah, give them a try.

Extremely honest and professional! 10/10 recommend. After a bad experience with a corporate place trying to scam me, Dr. Gladden gave me an accurate assessment of my dental situation. His hygienist was super gentle with the gum probing and cleaning. Everyone was so nice and friendly—I'm never going anywhere else. If you're in Savannah and need a dentist you can trust, this is it.

As a combat veteran, I've seen dentists all over the world—London, Ireland, Dubai, and many others. I can honestly say Dr. Gladden is the best I've ever seen. If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most unprofessional inept office I’ve ever had an experience with. The office staff is rude and not capable of doing their job. The dentist is rinse and unprofessional in the way he speaks to patients. They are trying to squeeze any dime they can out of you. Charging your insurance and also billing you for what they’ve been paid for. When my wife calls me in tears because of how rudely she was treated there is an issue. I wish he’d talk to a grown man like that instead of trying to intimidate a woman. Steer clear of this place at all cost. Also I never said I was a patient my wife was and I have had interaction with staff of have a good day.

Ive been seeing Dr.Gladden for several years. I had many no shows over the years, due to the nature of my job. I received a letter telling me I can no longer be a patient. I gladly called to pay no show fees. I truly understand, but thought I’d ask for another chance . Instead of just saying that they couldn’t, the receptionists started berating me , telling me in an angry tone that I had no respect for the practice and kept going on . That wasn’t necessary. I hope she got a kick out of making me feel bad.
I also have a problem with Dr Gladden’s office’s billing practices. I was recently charged $40 for an arbitrary no show fee for a tentative date given to me six months ago. I received NO texts, emails or calls to confirm such appointment. I will be perusing this with the Better Business Bureau.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienist is excellent and takes care not to hurt you when cleaning. The doctor is very friendly and professional. He is very knowledgeable. I am so glad to be a patient with this dentist.
