This location is incredibly unprofessional and disorganized, they make you wait for multiple hours past your appointment time before being seen, with no acknowledgement whatsoever for the inconvenience caused. They never seem to know what's going on and truthfully do not seem to hold any regard for their patients, their patient's time, or their well being. We will be finding a new dentist ASAP.

I love this dental office and the staff. Dr. Chuzhin has been my dentist for over 5 years—she did my implants and always puts my best interest first. She's a godsend for my dental health. The front office and Ms. Audrey are always kind and patient when I come in. Couldn't ask for better care in Atlanta!

The people here were friendly, but they gave me a dental plan that would have cost thousands after insurance. It really stressed me out. I got a second opinion and turns out I just had a few cavities needing basic fillings. It's a shame you have to shop around, but I'd recommend getting a second opinion if they push an extended treatment plan beyond a cleaning. Looks like this is a recurring issue here.

My first visit to Glenwood Dentistry went really well. I had some concerns about the treatment plan, but Dr. Chuzhin sat down with me and explained everything, even adjusted it so I felt good about it. She listened and didn't rush me. I actually coach dentists myself and checked with a colleague who said the approach was spot on. Also, shoutout to Key for making X-rays painless! If you're looking for a dentist in Atlanta who takes time with you, definitely check them out.

Today I had perio maintenance and my hygienist Chris and my dentist Dr Crawford were amazing. They explained everything and my teeth look great. Very pleasant experience.

I really hoped this place would be good because I lived right next door, but unfortunately this is one of those fee-for-service shops that aggressively upsells you and falsely claims your teeth need $5,000 worth of work, along with quarterly scaling & root-planing visits. Amazing how my teeth magically healed and had no problems when switching to a managed care dental office instead!

Called several weeks ahead to schedule an appointment and it was cancelled because of a "call center scheduling it wrong." I showed up to my appointment and was told several weeks later was the first available. All I needed was a basic cleaning. I called with plenty of heads up, asked when was available, given a time, the turned away at the door.
They did leave me a vm two days before my appointment that I missed. TWO DAYS before. I still would have had to wait several weeks after already waiting several. Pass.

I absolutely LOVE this office! Dr. Asher, Audrey, Jasmine, and everyone are extremely helpful and kind. I've been coming here for almost 7 years and never had a bad experience. Even though I switched to Dr. Asher two years ago, it feels like I've known her forever. She's thorough and straightforward—exactly what you need for dental care. Plus she's patient, down-to-earth, and funny, which makes visits super easy. Not everyone can keep patients calm, but she does!

Doctor Crawford was outstanding, and I give her 5 stars! The only reason why I’m giving a 3 instead of a 5 is because the cost 💲 for services are substantially higher than most places I’ve been to. They want the money upfront before certain services which I could see being a huge problem for most patients. Thank goodness I was able to get on a payment plan! Another reason is the dental assistant could learn to be more gentle! I had skin removed from the inside of my cheek when she was scanning for my crown. Saw it more when I got home, very painful. Paying too much money to be injured! 🤷🏽♀️

Best dentist office I've been to as an adult! From the greeting to checkout, the staff is welcoming and friendly. You can walk in not knowing much about your oral health and leave knowing everything—from tooth position to gum pain. They're beyond knowledgeable and genuinely care about patients, not just payment.
