Seemed nice at first, but I felt misled. Went in for a cleaning quoted at $130, then after it was done they charged over $500. That's ridiculous. I'd recommend saving your money and going elsewhere. Not a good experience for general dentistry in Columbus.

I've been seeing Dr. Inna for many years now and have always felt confident and comfortable coming to see her! I feel as though it is important to have transparency with your dentist and know all of your options, which she has always been incredibly helpful with as I have had some issues with my teeth. I absolutely love this dentist. Dr. Bertman-Zats is a great dentist. This means a lot because I hate going to the dentist with every fiber of my being. I had not been to a dentist in almost an entire decade and she made me feel so much more comfortable than I thought possible. She cares about her patients and does what she can to make sure you’re comfortable and and at ease as much as you can be. She is also a one woman show. Scheduling, answering phones, billing and doing cleanings. It gives you time to know her and feel more comfortable. She was sent one of those dentists that are practically strangers and just walk in for a few moments after your cleaning is done. She’s in it for all of your care

Dr. Inessa Bertman-Zats is a one-woman shop! She does your cleanings, X-rays, exams, everything! She does not employ a hygienist, which is a rare benefit in going to Grandview Elite Dental. Over the years Dr. Zats has solved dental issues that have come up for me, but when a problem is out of her expertise, she does not hesitate to refer to a specialist. Dr. Zats truly cares about my health and happiness, as well as that of all her patients. I recommend her wholeheartedly.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Most compassionate dentist ever! Dr. Zats and her team are so personal and understanding. My whole family goes to her! We have had years of deferred dental maintenance and 4 kids. Grandview Elite Dental has been patient and kind with us as we get all our children's teeth taken care of. My daughter had trauma from a dentist (forced a needle in her mouth for a cavity) and Dr. Zats has been above and beyond with her to accommodate.
