Hate writing this, but my experience was awful. Came for a healing abutment and crown after an implant. Dr. O didn't even introduce herself, just said they didn't have the part and to come back. Later I got charged $120 for an oral exam I didn't ask for. Still trying to get billing to fix it. Communication was terrible, and the whole thing felt shady. If you need cosmetic dentistry like crowns in Atlanta, I'd steer clear.
We're sorry your visit to Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta fell short. We take billing and communication seriously and want to make this right. Please call us at 833-429-0597 so we can address your concerns about the exam charge and your treatment.
Every visit since I started coming to Grant Park Dental Group has been outstanding. At first I wasn't sure about the doctor—thought she was having a bad day—but after chatting, I realized she really cares about her patients. She's professional and great. Also had some laughs with the patient intake lady. Sorry I can't remember names, I'm old! But this Atlanta dentist has been great for my general dentistry needs.
We appreciate you sticking with us at Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta! It's wonderful that you've had great visits. Our team loves getting to know our patients. See you next time!
Camille did a great job with my teeth cleaning—gentle and friendly. Dr. O was also very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Really happy with the general dentistry service here in Atlanta. Will be back!
Thanks for the kind words! We're glad Camille and Dr. O took good care of you at Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta. See you at your next cleaning!
My first visit was fantastic from start to finish! Went in for a routine cleaning in Atlanta and ended up needing more work. Jessica at the front desk was super welcoming and explained the SmileCare program, which made the cost way easier to handle. Shemeka took my X-rays and answered all my questions. The whole vibe was relaxed—loved the music. Turns out a 6-month cleaning turned into a 3-hour visit, but honestly, they made it feel okay. Glad I found this place for general dentistry and cosmetic work if I ever need it.
Thanks for sharing your experience! We're glad you felt welcome at Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta. It's great that Jessica and Shemeka could help with your cleaning and explain our SmileCare program. Looking forward to seeing you again!
Used to come here for regular cleanings and it was fine until they switched to corporate. Then I needed crowns replaced and it was a mess. They said I'd get permanent crowns next visit, but instead I got temps without warning. Three weeks later the permanent ones didn't fit at all. Felt like nobody communicated properly. Really disappointing for what should be routine general dentistry in Atlanta.
We appreciate your feedback about Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta. We're sorry the crown process was frustrating. Clear communication is key, and we're working to improve. Please call us at 833-429-0597 so we can discuss your treatment and make it right.
The hospitality here is amazing! Everyone made me feel so welcome and comfortable. This was the third dentist I tried this year, and I finally found one I like. They really went above and beyond to accommodate me. Excited to go back for my treatment—probably some cosmetic dentistry work. If you're in Atlanta and need a dentist, check them out.
We're thrilled you had such a positive experience at Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta! Making patients feel comfortable is our priority. Can't wait to help with your cosmetic dentistry needs. See you soon!
Most unprofessional healthcare visit ever. Gave them my insurance info two days before, confirmed at check-in, then waited 45 minutes past my appointment. When I asked, they said they needed my insurance again. The lady was rude and claimed she'd called and emailed me—neither happened. Felt like gaslighting. Just needed a simple cleaning, but this was a mess. Avoid if you want decent patient care in Atlanta.
We're sorry for your experience at Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta. That's not the standard we aim for. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing our check-in process. Please contact us at 833-429-0597 so we can address this directly.
Honestly felt scammed. Came for a routine cleaning and a check on a sore molar. They said I had six cavities! I've never had a cavity before, and another dentist a couple months ago found nothing. When I asked questions, the hygienist was dismissive and pushed me to schedule treatment ASAP. Place looked nice, staff wasn't rude but not friendly either. Just felt like they were upselling unnecessary cosmetic dentistry. Be careful in Atlanta.
We hear your concerns about Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta. We always want to be transparent about treatment. If you'd like to discuss your diagnosis further, please call us at 833-429-0597. We're committed to providing honest care.
My recent visit to [Grant Park Dental Group] was extremely disappointing due to the service from the dentist. Throughout my appointment, Dr. [Ogbuehi] was rushed, dismissive, and lacked a professional demeanor.
When I tried to ask questions about my treatment plan, the dentist seemed impatient and provided minimal information. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient, and their communication style made me feel uncomfortable and unheard. The quality of care felt subpar because of the rushed and impersonal approach.
Ultimately, this experience has led me to seek a new dental provider. A good dentist should not only be skilled but also communicative and respectful, and unfortunately, I did not receive that level of service.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and ensuring our patients are treated like family. We listen to all feedback, and we always strive to do better. We encourage you to call us directly at 833-429-0597.
Camille, my hygienist, did an awesome job—my teeth feel brand new! She was kind, professional, and very thorough. Even though I hate going to the dentist, she made me feel comfortable. Great service for a cleaning in Atlanta. Highly recommend!
We're so happy Camille made your visit comfortable at Grant Park Dental Group in Atlanta. Thanks for trusting us with your dental care. See you next time!
AVOID.
Dr. Nnenna Ogbuehi (Dr. O) and Grant Park Dental (owned by Private Equity) provided me with the single worst healthcare experience of my life (and I'm a physician so I understand the doctor patient relationship from all sides).
Her bedside manner is atrocious - she never introduced herself, just walked in and stuck her hands into my mouth, never looked me in the eye, barely spoke to me, didn't explain what she was doing - then proceeded to give me 3 fillings that I didn't need. I had 3 other dentists including my previous 2 dentists who I'd seen recently review all my X-rays and photos - and they all agreed I did not need any fillings. I'd never had a cavity or filling in my life and then walked in there and got 3 in one day. I made the mistake of trusting her - which is my biggest regret.
If you look through reviews you will see a pattern of Dr. O and GPD over treating patients. This place is owned by private equity - and I fear only cares about their bottom line - not your dental health. But Dr. O took an oath - no matter who she works for, she should not allow them to influence how she cares for patients who trust her with their care.
Despite what GPD says - they don't care about your feedback. I made a follow up appointment to discuss the care I received and better understand why it was necessary. Dr. O was incredibly dismissive, defensive and condescending. I've never encountered a doctor who completely lacks empathy.
Since the 3 unnecessary fillings she gave me I've dealt with chronic pain from those teeth (I had no pain previously) and had to spend money and time going to other dentists to fix the work she did.
This experience really traumatized me - it felt like such a bodily betrayal - and has made it difficult for me to trust new dentists. It was so horrific I submitted a complaint to the dental board of Georgia about the care I received from Dr. O and GPD.
So that's all to say...STAY AWAY.

I had a great experience from being greeted when I walked in. The dental tech was very friendly. The dental hygienist was also excellent. The dentist interaction wasn’t all that great. They weren’t very personable. This happens some times. Maybe they were busy. I would have wanted to have more of an update about how much longer the wait was going to be. As I waited 40 mins past my appt time before being brought back.
Thank you for taking the time to share such wonderful feedback!
Love the dentist that did my filling, she moved quick and clearly knew what she was doing. I know because I use to be a dental assistant so i know great work. They were extremely nice and just overall knew their job and knew it well. They definitely gained a new client
We're so happy to hear your feedback. Thanks!
I was seen at this office for an x ray and evaluation for a broken molar. My experience was/has been pretty terrible.
I paid out of pocket for the appointment as soon as I arrived to the office, which makes sense considering I do not have insurance. If this had not been the case, I would have left almost immediately.
After being seated, I noticed that the room was noticeably unclean, with many visible strands of human hair on surfaces throughout the room.
The tech/assistant was friendly, but the first thing he said upon entering the room was that it was his last day and he could not wait to go home. As an individual with extreme dental anxiety, this was majorly off-putting.
It took the tech multiple attempts to get an xray, with me having to bite down on a device with the tooth that is broken. Very uncomfortable and again, not instilling a lot of confidence.
As I was waiting for the dentist to come for the evaluation, a Bluetooth speaker in another room began playing so loudly that I had difficulty hearing the questions that were being asked by the people in the same room as me.
The process felt very rushed, and with my appointment beginning at 4pm and the office closing at 5pm, the energy of the staff trying to rush the process and get out of the building was palpable.
I called the next day to get my xrays released to me to take to another dentist. I told them my experience was bad but they made no inquiries as to why. I was told while on the phone that the form to release my records was emailed immediately. I checked my email and all spam/junk/etc folders and found nothing. I emailed again shortly after to confirm, and again nothing. I tried calling at 3:30pm to further follow up, and the line gave a busy signal as if the phones were shut down for the weekend, an hour and a half before closing. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so I must now wait all weekend to even follow up on the process of releasing records which takes 72hrs to a week to complete.
Overall, the receptionists and tech were friendly, but the dentist had practically zero bedside manner. Everything felt extremely rushed and not intentional. This is NOT the energy one wants to feel in regards to dental work.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. If I had not already paid, I would have walked out without any service being rendered as the place did not feel clean.
If you are looking at this place for dental service, I highly advise you look elsewhere

Every aspect of my appointment was good, from the scheduling, to the confirmation and reminder. The front desk was very professional and answered all my questions concerning insurance. The imaging technician, dental hygienist, and dentist were all top notch with cutting edge equipment. I would highly recommend the Grant Park Dental Group!!
Thank you for taking the time to share such wonderful feedback!
Shockingly poor experience, especially in light of all the positive reviews. So hopefully, this is a one-off mishap.
Went in for a first-time checkup. I was told I had a cavity and two fillings that needed to be redone. I also asked for a cleaning when I came to do the fillings and they assured me they'll put it on the schedule. No problems there.
When I came back to get the fillings though, the experience was very much like a circus. The dental assistant who prepped me couldn't definitively tell me what I was scheduled for that day. I said "Three fillings and a cleaning right?" But she seemed confused and needed to grab someone else. They said "You have two fillings today." I said "I'm fairly certain it's three, can you check" and they eventually give me an unconvincing "oh, yes, three. But no cleaning" I asked if they could put me in for a cleaning that day and they said yes. Okay. A clunky start but I'll give the benefit of the doubt.
The dentist herself was kind, straightforward, and professional. It's very unnerving however, to be in the middle of a procedure and the dental assistant is absent-mindedly practicing his three-pointer form and talking gossip in between handing the dentist appliances. He was about my age, mid-20's, so I get what it's like having fun at work. But don't do that while there's a drill in my mouth, ya know?
After the procedure, I asked if they were ready for the cleaning, and they ended up never scheduling me for one, and told me I wouldn't be able to get one that day. Extremely frustrating.

Assistants were great. Very pleasant. However the dentist 🦷 has no bedside manner (so to speak). I know this is a business but act like you appreciate your patients patronage. She was cold as ice 🧊
Like the receptionist that should have made me cancel out the gate. Don’t know where all the great reviews came from. Maybe another if there facilities.

I made an appointment for 11:00am on 5 December 24 but when I arrived it wasn’t in the system but the front desk quickly remedied the error and created me a chart to see the dentist. I was ushered back around 40 past 11:00am. The young man who took my x-rays was fantastic and courteous. The dentist Dr. O was super patient and explained everything. She was also quite thorough. We decided to allow the Veterans Administration to continue my treatment plan since it’s 100% funded and Humana only provided a maintenance program. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.
Thanks! We appreciate your support!
First visit today and it was great. The atmosphere was inviting from the moment I walked in. The whole staff—from the front desk to the doctor—was super helpful. They were thorough with everything I needed since I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 5 years. Left with a treatment plan that was affordable and will get me back on track. Looking forward to being a long-term patient here in Atlanta.

Well, the office itself was neat and clean. The staff was pretty nice as well. What was disappointing was the length of time I had to sit and waiting in the dental chair to be seen by the dentist. It felt like forever, but it was probably more like 30 to 45 minutes (I took a nap). I had an infection in my back lower moler. Which I was given an antibiotic and was told it should get better. But what if it didn't? Well, guess what, it has not gone away and they made no attempt to give me a follow up appt. So, I'm back where I started, waiting a month out from for an appointment.
