Been going to Green Mount Family Dentistry for years, but lately it's been going downhill. The office management in O'Fallon, IL is just awful these days. Twice in the past few years, I showed up for my scheduled dental exam and cleaning, and they told me no dentist was there. So they did the cleaning but couldn't do the exam. Last time, my regular dentist wasn't in, so a new one did the exam—turns out my insurance hadn't approved them yet. Makes it hard to trust them with restorative dentistry when things keep slipping.

This is a great dental office to attend. I went there for a dental emergency and followed up with my next scheduled cleaning.. Dr. Roti is great, and very personable. Her dental Hygienist, Kerrie truly takes pride in cleaning your teeth throughly, but her side comments can be taken a little out of context. The staff at the front desk were professional.

Honestly, I'd give zero stars if I could. Booked an appointment for my daughter at Green Mount Family Dentistry in O'Fallon, IL almost seven months ago—gave all her info and age when scheduling. Months went by, got a text confirmation, but you never actually talk to anyone in the office beforehand. Calls go to some call center, which felt off right away. I texted the office to confirm everything and even sent my insurance card ahead of time. Asked if I could speak to someone directly, but no luck. Just frustrating when you're trying to get preventative oral health care set up.

This place is a joke. Made an appointment over 6 months ago only to have the appointment canceled the morning of the appointment because the hygienist decided not to come in. I guess they only have one working? Apparently this happens quite often. Go elsewhere if you want a place that values you and your time.

I came in with a problem and wasn’t sure what to expect but the team made me feel at ease right away. I explained what was going on and instead of trying to push a full replacement they worked with me and were able to fix part of my crown without starting over. That meant a lot. They were honest, professional, and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Everyone I interacted with from the front desk to the dental staff was kind, respectful, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The office was clean and well organized and they stayed on schedule. I am already planning to come back for more dental work because I trust them now.
