My son is autistic and it is incredible how Dr. Dietz is able to calm him down to get his exam done, with each visit doing a little more dental care than the last. He is very gentle and comforting! My son arrives crying and very overstimulated, but Dr. Dietz is able to put him at ease. He is very knowledgeable and has my son’s best interest at heart, he will not recommend any unnecessary dental work. He truly captures the essence of what a great doctor is all about and makes dentist appointments less stressful for our family. The office girls and hygienists are always nice and welcoming, too.

Dr. Dietz is amazing with kids and the hygienists are wonderful too. We've been bringing our children here for years and always felt welcomed. But honestly, the office manager is super rude and sends text messages in a really unprofessional tone. I've never had a business communicate that way. It's a shame because the dental care itself is great. They really need to work on their front office professionalism in Normal, IL.

We love Dr. Dietz—it's sad I have to write this. We've been taking our kid to him since he opened. Then we got a letter saying they won't accept us anymore because we live out of county. He's known that for years and was fine with it. It's heartbreaking that kids on Medicaid with special needs are turned away after being patients for so long. We drive an hour each way because he's great with children, but now we're out.

Worst management and front staff—definitely needs to change. They cancel your appointment without letting you know. No apology and not flexible to reschedule around your availability. So you take off work and they cancel without telling you. Guess they think they can do that because they're the only ones taking All Kids in Normal, IL.

We've always been treated like family here. My kids actually look forward to going to the dentist—my youngest even insisted we show Dr. Dietz when she lost a tooth! We've had cavities filled and the team was amazing and made it easy. We also started orthodontic treatment, but Dr. Dietz realized it was more complex than he thought and referred us to a specialist, refunding everything we'd paid. Couldn't be happier with the pediatric care in Normal, IL. Love them!

This place is more about holding a hand out to take your money. The front office staff is obnoxiously rude and needs to find a job away from the public. Ive been in the dental industry for 7 years and would never take my kid here. SEE YA

I was referred to Dr. Dietz because my daughter needed a cavity filled with sedation. We visited in September—no x-rays, just a 7-minute visit where he said she needed two crowns. We paid $225 to book an appointment for January. When we went in January, they said the procedure wouldn't work and she'd need general anesthesia, requiring another $500 non-refundable fee. Felt like a bait and switch for sedation dentistry in Normal, IL.

Turned my family away because we don't live in their county. I was excited to bring my kids here after hearing such good things, but they turned us away! Horrible care to neglect someone because of location. The receptionist wasn't kind either. Bad experience in Normal, IL.
