We literally gasped reading the reviews because it was exactly what happened to us. Short and simple: we liked the dentist, he was kind and gentle. Some fillings had issues but other work was excellent. However, we refused to go back after repeated occurrences of the front desk overcharging our insurance and slipping in miscellaneous charges. We work in healthcare and caught this early. We addressed it multiple times.

THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY FOR THINGS THEY ALSO CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE FOR - THIS IS INSURANCE FRAUD. I waited to post hoping Dr. Buchanan would make it right but he didn't. I've been a patient for years, even traveling from out of state. On my last visit, I asked for a cleaning and a small tooth repair in one trip. After the cleaning, they said I'd need to come back a couple hours later for the procedure. That didn't work for me.

I always have a positive experience with staff at Greystone Smile Design. Staff is very personable and professional. I trust Greystone Smile Design staff with all of my dental needs. I am originally from Madison WI and the dentists there were all about getting into my pocket book for things I truly did not need, for example caps on my teeth, they thought I should get at least 4 to 8 of them. Dr. Buchanan didn’t believe I needed no where near this many and he has always been straight up and honest about my dental needs, something I truly appreciate. Dr. Buchanan has a more conservative way of treatment for dental care. I highly recommend! Was just seen by Brittany and Dr. Buchanon for 3 month cleaning and check-up today 02/25/22 and I continue to hold Greystone Smile design in high esteem. They were both so professional and friendly.
