My first time with Dr. Kostko, he fixed a chipped front tooth so well you couldn't even tell. Now I'm seeing Dr. Crowe for crown work, and it's been stellar. Best dental experience I've ever had, hands down. There's definitely a difference with their cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry services.

Had a bit of a rough visit at Grove Dental Associates in Wheaton. The lady at the front desk was rude to my daughter, using an accusatory tone over a $29 bill that was already paid—she did apologize later, though. The cleaning felt rushed and not up to par, and my other daughter said the same thing last time. We've always been happy with their pediatric dentistry, but things haven't felt the same lately. Might have to start looking for another provider in the area.

My husband and I have gone to Grove Dental for over twenty years. We have been very impressed with the quality of care that we have received. Dr. Moss, Dr. Crowe and their dental staff are very kind, professional and highly efficient.
However, since the North American Dental Group has been involved, the scheduling and check in procedures have become bureaucratic and unnecessarily onerous. I find it particularly objectionable that all the calls are routed through the call center. When I call the dentist’s office about my individual care, I expect to talk to someone who can actually answer my questions. This has led to a situation where I have been unable to schedule a 6 month routine dental exam. Instead, I could only schedule an appointment for 8 months out and be on a waiting list for an earlier appointment should someone else cancel. This is unacceptable!
Dr. Lana and her staff are AMAZING! I have been a patient of hers since January when I decided to get Invisilign. I am now in the "retainer" phase and couldn't be more pleased! My teeth are straight and my smile is radiant! Dr. Lana was always welcoming, friendly and professional. She made sure I understood every step of the treatment process. Her attention to detail was impeccable and she displayed a genuine care and concern for her patients. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a top notch orthodontist.

Dr. Crow was running 20 minutes behind, and after waiting 30 minutes, I had to leave because my babysitter couldn't stay. I scheduled my appointment 6 months in advance at Grove Dental Associates in Wheaton, but when I arrived, they said the new doctor was on vacation and I'd only get a cleaning. Never just had a cleaning without seeing the Dr. before. The hygienist was great, but overall it felt off. Not a great first experience since Dr. Kosko retired. Might switch dentists for general dentistry in Wheaton, IL.

Grove Dental is not what it used to be. I drive 45 minutes to come here because I love my hygienist. However the last two visits for cleanings they had no dentist in the office that day to perform the exam. This last time I was not even notified prior to my appointment. They expect me to come back at a separate time now for X-rays and exam by a dentist. Office staff didn’t even really seem to care when I shared my concerns. I think it’s time for me to find a new dentist closer to home.
Dr. Murphy at Grove Dental Associates in Wheaton, IL was fantastic with our 4-year-old for some pretty extensive dental work. He's kind and caring, and took plenty of time to answer our questions. Our son had two hours under general anesthesia with the quantum anesthesia team, and everything went great—little to no pain afterward. Becky also did a great job coordinating treatment. Highly recommend this Wheaton office and Dr. Murphy for oral surgery and pediatric dentistry with little ones.

We have been going to Grove Dental for years and have always been happy with the staff and the treatments we have received. Today my daughter had her wisdom teeth removed and I was very disappointed with the treatment she received after the procedure. My daughter was groggy and felt nauseous so they had her sit in the room for about 20 minutes after her procedure. When they brought her out to me, she could barely stand and could not keep her eyes open. They were so quick to hand her over. By the time we got downstairs it was obvious that she was not going to be able to walk to the car. I had to call the office and ask that someone come downstairs and help me. It took my daughter several hours to recover from the drugs, I don’t fault Grove Dental for that, but no one offered to help get her to the car. It was so obvious that my daughter needed more time to come to and based on past experiences, I expected better from Grove Dental. I felt like they couldn’t get us out of there quick enough.
We have been going to Grove Dental for 20+ years. Our hygienist (Margaret) is awesome. She is the best ever. She is thorough, gentle, professional, nice, and takes the time to give you tips to keep those pearly whites and gums healthy. Dr. Kostko does amazing and quality work, and genuinely cares about your overall well-being. The entire staff at the Wheaton office, from administrive to doctors, has always been accommodating, friendly, and compassionate to us.😁
I had a temp hygienist that gave me the most painful cleaning that I had to ask her to stop half way through. She told me I would need to be sedated for future cleanings. My teeth aren’t perfect but I brush twice a day and floss nightly. I couldn’t believe how rough she was. Thank god for the manager and Nancy who were really supportive but this definitely makes me reconsider continuing my care there. They can’t get me in to finish my cleaning for two months (my schedule is also to blame).
Dr Murphy and his technician (I’m sorry I don’t know his name) were WONDERFUL with my special needs son. I just can’t say thank you enough for their care, patience, and explaining things slowly and adequately to him. He was so scared and their care and concern made the procedure possible. 10 out of 10 stars for these folks at Grove Dental!
