I had treatment at this Hamilton office and gave my coverage details. After the check-up and X-rays, I said I'd only do work covered by insurance, using this year's coverage and resuming next year. At my next visit, after work on three teeth, I owed $360 for uncovered parts. Frustrated, I paid and filed a complaint, but my issue wasn't resolved. Disappointing for emergency dental care.
