This place is incredible. My daughter was 2.5 on her first visit and had a blast. The office is super kid-friendly—toys, a childcare-like setup, and a TV on the ceiling playing cartoons. We've been three times now, and she actually gets excited about going. This week she needed a tooth extraction, and we were terrified. But with sedation dentistry using the gas mask, she was calm and comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better experience in Irvine.

We’ve been coming here for several years and overall extremely satisfied with the space, the dentists, the assistants helping clean the teeth. TVs for the kids while they lay down and a nice toy area in the waiting room. My son loves going to the dentist.
Honestly, Growing Smiles Pediatric Dentistry in Irvine is amazing. Dr. Laura and her team were so patient with my 3-year-old son—he felt right at home. The waiting room has toys, iPads, and a mini table, so kids can play while parents fill out forms. Before coming here, I visited two other offices that pushed aggressive treatments, but Dr. Laura's evaluation was totally different. So glad we found them for pediatric cleanings and exams!

We had a wonderful experience at Growing Smiles! The environment is welcoming and child-friendly, with plenty of age-appropriate toys that kept our baby calm and entertained. The front desk staff, nurses, and especially Dr. Laura were all absolutely amazing—warm, professional, and incredibly patient. Two nurses took the time to educate us on how to care for our baby's teeth, which we truly appreciated as first-time parents. They cleaned, examined, and treated our baby with so much care. This was my toddler’s first dentist appointment. I was nervous about how it would go, but the staff was incredible to both of us. Simply amazing! Before coming here, our 3 year old would kick and scream (even before a hygienist would do anything with her mouth); our hygienist Allie(sp?) at Growing Smiles was amazing at comforting our LO and doing pretty much everything without her flinching or struggling. The only time she cried was near the very end of when fluoride was put on her teeth (our LO hates even having a toothbrush in her mouth so this is quite a feat!). Our dentist Jackie was also just as amazing at taming our LO. We will definitely be coming back!

This is our second visit with Dr. Jackie and team! We found the them on Yelp And both visits were amazing. The kids are comfortable and they’re spoken to in the most gentle voices From the front staff to the dental assistants. My daughter loved the dentist during our first visit. I decided to bring my son the second time. I was anxious going into the visit as I believed he would be a total runner and leave the dentist office, but they greeted him with a warm welcome and let him watch Bluey during the appointment. Upon leaving the appointment, the kids got a goodie bag and are looking forward to coming back in six months.

They create such a comfortable environment that my kids have never complained about having to go. The staff are so good with kids as well. We took our 3 boys here, and everything was excellent. From the check in and onboarding process, till the cleaning, X-ray, and post appointment follow up, was all first grade. The facility is very welcoming and clean with plenty of parking.
The experience and knowledge of the staff, and the doctors is all top notch.
Anyone looking for a pediatric dentist should sign up with them without delay. I can’t recommend them enough.
