Love this office and the staff in Hamilton! The dentist that assessed my wisdom tooth was great—gave me antibiotics and prescription ibuprofen, told me to come back in 6-7 days because freezing might not work with infection. He was extremely gentle and said he didn't want to cause unnecessary pain. Which he didn't! Much appreciated. Office staff provided amazing customer service—very upfront about cost, gave me a "worst case scenario" (ended up being far less). Done within minutes and she volunteered to email my x-rays. This emergency dental service in Ontario really went above and beyond.

Hands down the best dentist I've ever been to in Hamilton! From the moment we walked in, the experience was amazing. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely wonderful—so polite, kind, and welcoming. They made us feel comfortable right away. The whole team was very professional and took time to explain everything clearly. Malak did an incredible teeth cleaning—I felt the difference immediately. Just visited Hamilton Dental, and honestly, it's the best dental experience I've had in Ontario. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The receptionist was super kind and helped me with everything without any stress. The dentist was extremely patient and took time to explain what was going on with my teeth in a way I could understand. Didn't feel rushed at all, and they kept checking to make sure I was okay during the procedure. The clinic is very clean and modern—you can tell they care about their patients. Haven't been to the dentist in years—honestly, at least a decade. Upon my sister's recommendation due to her pleasant experience with this office in Hamilton, I decided it was time to go again. From my first visit earlier this year, it's been nothing but positive. Everyone from reception to hygienists to dentists has been incredibly kind and understanding. My teeth aren't in the greatest shape but nobody made me feel judged. They've all been effective and efficient in helping me better my dental health with regular cleanings. Will definitely keep coming back to this Ontario dental clinic.

This is one of my favourite dentist that I’ve ever been to. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. They never force you to get work done you can’t afford at the time and will accommodate you. The hours are super convenient for those who work during the day/week and need to go on weekends or later in the day.

Went in for a cleaning and check-up last month at this Hamilton dental clinic, and it was straightforward and efficient. The office has a modern, relaxed feel and was kept clean throughout. The waiting area wasn't too crowded. The hygienist was thorough but gentle during my teeth cleaning, and the dentist took time to go over my x-rays without pushing extra treatments. Front desk staff were polite and handled billing quickly. Free parking on-site at Dundurn Street South makes it convenient, especially with extended hours—they're open weekends too. Reliable for routine dental care if you're in west Hamilton.

I knocked a filling out while flossing Saturday evening and I got an appointment for 11am Sunday morning. The dentist was able to put another filling in and wax it quickly and it looks great, I can't even tell where the old one was it all looks natural.

Tooth filling was recommended on a previous visit; however, I held off due to my wild imagination about the process and the thought of injections in my gums (based on my son's experience at the same clinic). However, the receptionist reassured me, and recommended I see Dr. Shash — and I’m so glad he did.
Dr. Shash was exceptional. He was gentle, patient, and genuinely attentive throughout my filling procedure. He took the time to explain each step, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and worked with such a calm, steady confidence that any anxiety I had simply melted away. It’s rare to meet a dentist who combines skill with such kindness and understanding.
I highly recommend this clinic, and most of all, Dr. Shash. He's a 10/10 for me.

I needed a teeth cleaning before my vacation and this was one of the few places open on Sunday. I made a call and was booked for the same day at 3.
The receptionists I dealt with was an Asian girl and a redhead; both kind and friendly. The clinic was clean and modern. They had a $99 promotion that includes a cleaning and xrays. I honestly don't think it gets much cheaper than this!
The highlight of this appointment was the teeth cleaning. A friendly hygienist name Malik cleaned my teeth and he by far had the gentlest touch I've ever experienced! I have had descaling done by many hygienists and I understand that feeling some pain is par for the course. Malik was so gentle that I questioned his technique initially but my teeth were smooth and clean as I can hope for! Thank you Malik!
I also had a filling done on a small cavity by Dr Patel and it it well. Overall, the xrays, descaling and filling came up to a bit over $400, which was mostly covered by my greenshield insurance, so I ended up paying $25. Overall, highly recommended, especially if you need to visit on Sunday!

My experiences have all been wonderful here! I went almost 18 years without going to a dentist because I was afraid of being judge for taking too long to come back, it was a vicious spiral, but everyone here was so friendly and encouraging to me! I had a cleaning and 4 fillings for my first two visits, then my bottom wisdom teeth removed, and each time with each procedure I was reassured and given a detailed explanation of what was going to happen and the aftercare was well detailed. I can't sing their praises enough, I highly recommend them!
