Wish I could give minus 5 stars. The dentist working there now seems different from the original Hanover Dental, so beware of old reviews. Went in for a chipped tooth, spent over an hour filling out forms, then they told me I needed another form from my primary care doctor saying I don't need premedication. I said no doctor ever told me that, but they wouldn't budge. Never even met the dentist. Place was empty the whole time. Really frustrating experience in Hanover, MA.

The dentist is amazing here. Honestly, so is the staff!! Never experienced people so kind and caring in any medical field. They make sure you're comfortable and okay with what's going on, and pricing is below average compared to other dentists in Hanover. Highly recommend going here, plus the facility is clean and has a homey, welcoming feeling. 10/10 plus some. They've gone above and beyond, and as long as they're in business, they're the only place I'll go. Let's not forget how fast they get you an appointment for routine cleanings or anything else.

Moved to Hanover about 8 years ago and left the dentist I'd seen since I was a kid. Dr. V was my second try to find someone local that impressed me, and she does. She's straightforward, explains her analysis to the hygienist, then gives me clear next steps to keep my oral health improving as I age. Informative without judgment, professional and passionate. If I could put ZERO stars I would. Worst experience of my life. TURN BACK NOW!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I never give bad reviews but this place is awful. Two months ago I went in, what I needed was denied so I contacted insurance to appeal. They also did something I asked them not to, which could mess me up for 7 years until 2030. For the past two months I've tried contacting them—either not open or doctor not there. Left several messages and emails. Nothing.

Reassured me I was in good hands. When I showed up, the dentist wasn't even there yet at 11am. Receptionist never mentioned MassHealth won't cover being put asleep for extraction. Nothing more traumatic than getting teeth ripped from your face while awake and possibly feeling it. In response to their unprofessional reply: what I said happened, that's why I'm not a patient. Told receptionist I needed to be put to sleep, she never mentioned $250 out of pocket with MassHealth. Take whatever action you want.

Dr Vasudeva Gave me a filling on a front tooth that she never smoothed. A week later floss caught on the filling and came right out. I asked her if she could fix it since it came out due to the extra filling it was caught on and she said I would have to pay out of pocket. No offer to smooth, look at it nothing, just immediately that I would have to pay cash. She also left my daughter's tooth unpolished (front tooth) I had precious work on the same tooth and had no issues never had a filling come out and her only response was it was something I did wrong. Despite the fact she knew she never smoothed it.

When Dr V told me I would have to pay I refused to argue I let her know I would be calling my insurance company to dispute the work. Which I did and they approved. I asked her to please complete the work on my child’s teeth. While I waited I called the insurance company from the lobby and I took a photo of the license hanging on the wall. The secretary whom I had a great relationship with for the 2+ years I was a patient ( the male Dr I was initially with had recently left the practice), embarrassedly told me the dentist asked me to not take photos of her license to which I responded it’s public information. This was the only conversation exchanged. As I sat in the lobby waiting for my daughter to come out of the back ( Dr V was supposed to be polishing her teeth) the police walked in apparently because they were told I was refusing to leave. How can I refuse to leave if you have my child in the back ? The officers were just as confused and were shocked that she still had possession of my child and we all were in agreeance that we probably didn’t want this unstable person doing our dental work.
Please do not go to this dentist. They always try to pressure you to buy the gas which I do not need for a simple filling. Even offering me discounts. I think maybe they are using the gas themselves.
You acted aggressively and police had to be called.

Unfortunately I had a large piece of a decades old filling and the side of the same tooth that held it break off suddenly and simultaneously. Fortunately, I was treated by Dr. Vasudeva for the damage. She first assured me I wouldn’t lose the tooth despite its gaping hole, and after about 90 minutes of intense work aided by her assistant, Jason, I left with a porcelain filling that matches the natural color of my teeth. There was no discomfort by dinner time, and since then, zero after effects. Thanks to Dr. Vasudeva for bringing her more than two decades of experience at Hanover Dental to solving my problem.

Thank goodness Dr. Vasudeva is an ethical and competent dentist whose holistic approach to her patients is caring, thoughtful, and professional. After having a bad experience with a dentist who destroyed a crown that was in tact, then unnecessarily refilled other teeth without permission and provided an outsized bill to match, I was pleased that Dr. Vasudeva and her staff performed only work that was necessary and in my best interest. BTW, Dr. Vasudeva performs her own dental cleanings, so she is intimately aware of the condition of your teeth before assessing your needs. Thanks again - I'll be back!
I’ve been coming to see the dentist here since 2012. A bit quirky but cool decor and it just isn’t your average dental office. Always professional and kind. Rashmi even gave me a flower plant for my mom from her amazing garden outside of the office. Don’t judge a book by its cover, it’s a great place.
Wanted to share my experience. Needed to go to the dentist for a long time but was scared. Got a tooth extraction and a follow-up root canal. After 4 1/2 hours, my mouth wasn't even sore! The dentist was gentle and did a great job. First look and walk-in isn't a normal dentist atmosphere—very comforting with beautiful plants, spiritual decor, and an amethyst crystal in the waiting room. Highly recommend this place in Hanover for extractions and root canals.

Been seeing this dentist for the last few years. She always works around my work schedule. I was addicted to Suboxone for years, which rotted my teeth, and she tried to save them as long as she could. Ended up getting full dentures on top and a partial on bottom, and both fit perfectly. Would recommend her to anyone—she's amazing. Her assistants are always kind too.

Came here for a teeth cleaning because my insurance covers it free. But the dentist kept rejecting me, saying I needed a deep clean. She quoted $1400 plus $450 for laughing gas, around $2k total. I said I just wanted a regular cleaning, she got mad and walked out. Someone else came in and cleaned my teeth in about 45 seconds—I swear. Never seen anything like it. This place in Hanover, MA is a joke.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any dental office.. I will never return. I should’ve turned around when I entered the building. Thinking maybe the inside was different from the outside, no I was wrong. The first tool she used on me was some kind of drill to break up the plaque from my gum line that hurt . I have never had any instrument like that used on me before, she has no clue what she is doing then she just walked away and let some heavy breathing sweating guy do all the work.. which was no cleaning to my teeth! I’ll go elsewhere!

Hanover Dental has been great, they put nice, white caps on my front teeth and got all of my cavities filled. Now my smile and teeth are beautiful I always get compliments about them and I just wanted to say how great Mack and Jason have been since I came to this office they are very personable, nice guys. I highly recommend Hanover Dental to everyone!
Hanover Dental was excellent. The were kind, gentle, and patient. The office was clean and Dr. V. was extremely nice. I felt no pain at all when I got my tooth pulled and they were accommodating to my handicapped needs.
Hanover dental was great to me. There staff was very helpful and polite. They worked with my insurance and budget, helping me get all the work done I really needed to do. There work was excellent I felt no pain (which is what stopped me from going to the dentist in the first place) if you need dental work done recommend them to anyone young or old.
Best Dentist ever had. Had alot of work done here but I went to 4 different dentist place and then choose them. There price are fair but there not the cheapest but it was worth every cent make you feel at home and how much work I had done most people would be hurting was good after 3 days with no pain killers or anything that mean he did a perfect job and i will be getting all my work done there for as long as I can.telling you know just pick this place for your dentist needs. 4 teeth pulled and deep cleaning
