If I could give zero stars, I would. I'm extremely disappointed with our experience at this dental office. In my opinion, it was not kid-friendly, not compassionate, and very unprofessional when dealing with my child. My husband brought our daughter in for a tooth extraction with Dr. Groff. During the procedure, she was in severe pain, crying loudly, and trying to get out of the chair. Any parent would be alarmed. Instead of showing patience, they stopped treatment. I feel obligated to warn other parents.

My daughter was in extreme pain during a tooth extraction, crying and trying to get out of the chair. Instead of showing professionalism or patience, they stopped treatment. Great dentist office. My youngest was complaining about a tooth and they got me in the next day. They are so helpful and explain everything and then give you a print out of your service plan.

I did not get as far as scheduling because the receptionist was rude to me and spoke to me in a very condescending tone. I have heard great things about Dr. Kaplan, but can’t get past the bad first impression to try out this practice.

Honestly, Dr. Kaplan is amazing—super empathetic, really knows his stuff, and actually funny. The whole team keeps you in the loop with texts and online tools, which made everything easy. Having a lactation consultant on staff was a game-changer for our lip tie discussion; she was so supportive and helped us keep breastfeeding our daughter. My son went in for his very first dentist appointment at 12 months and the office truly made what could have been a very stressful visit so calm and easy. Of course my 12 month old screamed and cried the entire time, but the hygienist and dentist were so patient and gave such helpful information. Very happy to now have an established dental home office for my son!

My son had a tongue tie release this morning. Although I was super nervous the team was very calming, making the nerves ease. All were very professional from the time we walked in until the time we left. Procedure was quick and the aftercare information was very knowledgeable to be able to continue with the healing process at home!

Had both of my sons tongue and lip tie released here be Dr. Goff. She and her whole team are great, answered all my questions honestly, made sure I was fully comfortable with moving forward and followed up with a personal phone call a day or so later. Cannot recommend them enough, I wish they were closer to home so we could go see them for cleanings as well.
My son (20 months) just went to his first ever dentist appointment, and I'm extremely pleased with this office! It's totally worth the 30 min drive there and back. The waiting room is modern, but kid friendly with toys, books, and games. Denise was very kind, explained things well, and was gentle with my son. I love the way they do the exams with kiddos on the parents' lap/using the board between parent and provider. My son has a speech delay and sensory issues, and I don't think he could have had a better experience. The exam by Dr Kadri was quick, but not in a way that felt rushed - it was enough time to spot some ties, but not long enough to completely overwhelm my son! They gave him a popper for being so brave and he loves his new toothbrush. I'm confident going to the dentist here will be well worth it :)
We drove over an hour, and it was absolutely worth it. We visited for a lip and tongue tie procedure for my 3-month-old, and everything went smoothly. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way. We drove from almost 2 hours away to see doctor Kaplan. He performed a tie release on our son's lip, tongue and cheeks. He was absolutely fantastic and explained everything very thoroughly. I recommend this practice and doctor kaplan very highly. Thank you for everything. Our 19 month old, son was speaking more clearly immediately after the procedure.
