Honestly one of the worst experiences. We had a 10:20 appointment but they changed it without telling us. Waited over 40 minutes with no explanation. The receptionist couldn't give a clear reason, and another staff kept saying "wait 5 more minutes." Felt disorganized and unprofessional. If you're in Federal Way, be careful with scheduling.

Couldn't be happier with this pediatric dentist in Federal Way! Bringing my boys Mikko and Xavion is usually a struggle, but this office makes it easy. The fun waiting room puts them at ease right away. Salvador was so patient with Xavion during his first visit, explaining everything and keeping him calm. The whole team is friendly and amazing. Great for braces and regular checkups too!

Honestly, we had the best visit at Happy Kids Dentistry in Federal Way today! My son usually freaks out at the dentist—last time he needed sedation just for routine dental work. So I was bracing for a tough appointment. But Dr. Saggabi and her assistant Lizbeth R. were amazing. So patient and gentle, they talked him through everything and made him feel safe. They really went above and beyond. If you're looking for a pediatric dentist who gets nervous kids, this is the place.

I'm really concerned about kids' safety here. Last two times I saw a parent leave a toddler alone in the car and come back, and another kid walked outside without anyone stopping them. Staff needs to pay more attention. These kids are their responsibility while in the office.

Entire staff from reception, dental assistants and dentist all get 5 stars! Brought my daughter in today for a problem cavity. Dentist made an extra appt available just to fix it due to pain. Truly appreciate them and their very positive environment. They don’t use numbing needles, going up in your face like other dentists in the past either so that was nice for her. They let her listen to her choice of music and offered laughing gas for her nerves. Will be bringing my other children in as well.

This is the best dentist office I’ve been to, so friendly and so helpful and the dentist is very knowledgeable and explains things in ways that are easy to follow. Their scheduling fits to bring multiple kids at once and they see them at the same time so it’s quicker than any other place too. Highly recommended.
