Dr Price and Lisa were so kind and helpful. I and my 14 year old was very pleased with the visit. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. We scheduled 6 months out with them and are
looking forward to our next visit. Great
job, ladies.
Hi, Cheryl. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
During my October 25 cleaning I mentioned every once in a while when biting I would have short stabbing pain similar to what I experienced before my last root canal. My hygienist said she couldn’t see anything obvious that would cause that but shared it with the dentist. I was greeted by a different dentist and not Dr.Price who I had always had in the past. She didn’t do any testing or anything but said that the pain could be caused by my sinuses. Fast forward to 2/3/26. I made an appt because I was having tooth pain on my right side. After I had my Xrays done their whole network went offline. Dr. Price wasn’t my dentist this day either and this new to me dentist told me that it was unfortunate that their systems were down because she could not look at the Xrays I just had done. She could only look at the one photo that was opened prior to going offline. I told her where I thought my pain was but I wasn’t sure because the pain was basically all of my right side at this point. But it wasn’t a constant pain. It was coming and going. After doing some tests she said that she thought it was my very back molar. Even though I had told them I thought it was more to the front. She said I might need a root canal on that tooth but she wasn’t positive because I was giving her mixed signals based on the tests she did. She then said that we should wait until my pain became more prevalent and consistent and that when it got to that point I should call them asap so that they they could get me back in asap to do another assessment. She told me she was making a note in my chart so that the front desk would know to get me in asap when I called. Fast forward to 2/27. I started having the most intense and consistent pain all over on my upper right side. I tried calling Harrison at 10:22 that morning but didn’t get any answer. I can’t remember if I left a message or not. Saturday I sent an email to them explaining my pain. Monday morning I received a phone call from them at 9:07 but missed the call so I called right back. I thought that they would get me in that day since there was a note in my chart stating that I was to get in asap when I called. But the soonest they could get me in would be Tues.At this point I’m very disenchanted with Harrison. My pain was intense at this point and I had been dealing with it for 4 days.I called around to other dentists and got into another that same day. It took them a couple of tests to pinpoint the culprit. They recommended a root canal. It was not the same tooth Harrison thought it was. He also prescribed me antibiotics for 7 days and pain medication to get me by until I could get a root canal. It took 3 days of antibiotics, 3x a day to get any kind of relief from the pain I was in. I called Harrison a day or 2 later before they opened and left a voice mail. I explained that I couldn’t wait for their appointment and that I went to another dentist who was able to identify which tooth was causing me all the pain and that they recommended that I get a root canal. I asked if they (Harrison) could refer me to the endodontist that they had sent me to prior so that I could get it taken care of and I asked for a call back. Nothing.. They never called me back. I then sent all of this in an email that said basically all that I am writing here. Nothing. Not a phone call. Not an email. Nothing. I am having my records transferred to Tooth Acres because I am now their new patient. Because when I called them? They got me in right away. They wanted to help.Needing a root canal and dealing with that pain for 30 days after my original appt to get help is insane. Thanks Harrison. I bet you charged me for those X-rays that were useless during my exam because of the whole building losing the internet connection too.

Always super friendly. They give me a full break down of information on what procedures I need as well as options and they talk to me about all my options instead of pressuring me into anything. They also listen to me about my pain and numbness concerns if im getting a procedure. I have never had such positive experiences with the dentist then I do going here. I wont go to different one again

Saw Dr. Price yesterday because part of a filling had fallen out. I was surprised when they were able to fix it the same day.
Dr. Price and her assistant were amazing.

Due to a schedule change on my part, I met a new Dental Hygienist by the name of Rayanne. She was polite and courteous. She immediately began to take of me regarding my 6 month cleaning. I was in and out in no time! Nice job, Rayanne!😊👍🏾

Hi, Christina. We appreciate the kind words and are glad we could provide you with a positive experience!
As someone that has had a fear of dentist from childhood. I would recommend Harrison Dental. I go to the Maplecrest location, but have also been to the Getz Rd location. Always a good experience with the Harrison on Maplecrest. When I went to the Getz Rd location for emergency also good experience. Personable, patient ,answers any questions you may have and walks you through whatever they're doing. I greatly appreciate them🙏❤️

Had a crown pop off and I was able to schedule an appt for the next day. Easy location to get to, plenty of parking, promptly got in into the chair for my appt on time. They did have to try gluing the crown back on twice but they thoroughly checked it each time to ensure it wouldn't fall off again. Very gentle and friendly. Clean spaces. I have to get a retreat in the tooth after they took an xray but they were able to provide me with 5 different locations that could do it. I called the one who took my insurance and they already had my referral ready to go.
I plan to continue to come here.
Hi, Tati. Thanks for taking the time to share your positive experience. We truly appreciate it!
My son was seen at this dentist & has been for quite some time. He went to have spots on his teeth in June looked at after being reported by the ortho for demineralization. His teeth were LOOKED AT, poked with the dental tool. Then the hygienist asked, “can I take a picture of this because this is hysterical that his ortho said this could turn into an issue.” She then proceeded to go show another staff member, that staff member returned to the room. They both laughed and said that his teeth are fine and the ortho was being ridiculous. In the moment, this surprisingly helped me relax about his teeth. At the conclusion of this appointment, it was decided that there would be no charge because they did nothing except look and we were there for less than 15 min. She didn’t even have the doctor come in the room. I continued on with the year and added in ONE extra cleaning in August on 5th, I paid for this appointment out of pocket as it was an extra appointment for the year. Then we had his 2nd INSURANCE COVERED CLEANING (first in January) scheduled for today 11/5. This was not the case after all. They decided to charge for a full cleaning for the appointment in June through my insurance and told me I owed another $65 for the appointment I added for the year in August - that I paid for out of pocket, so it should have been paid in full, and that he had already reached his “max” of 2 insurance covered cleanings for the year. Yet he had only received TWO TOTAL and I paid for one (in August) out of pocket. They fraudulently reported this to my insurance, and accused me of LYING because their “clinical notes” stated differently. Make sure to check your itemized bills, and frequently check your insurance claims! I trusted that they were doing things correctly and paid what I needed to pay each time in office, or when I received the bill.

I like the staff but was disappointed with my cleaning. I was in and out in 20 minutes and that included seeing the dentist for 30 seconds. The hygienist was supposed to give me a fluoride treatment, but she forgot. The checkout person caught that mistake or it would have gone on my insurance. Got home and felt like my teeth were not really cleaned and polished. I’ll still go back in 6 months and hope for a different hygienist and a Dr. that will take a closer look at my mouth and teeth.
I can’t Thank or say enough good words about this office! What a nice and kind great team they are! My husband is in a wheelchair he can’t walk and they treated him with such kindness and compassion! They also helped me with his wheelchair as i have back problems and it was so heavy and awkward for me! Special Thanks to the beautiful lady that helped me get him back to the car and loaded the wheelchair for me! She went way over and beyond and I want to Thank her so much! Thank you to each and every one of you! ❤️

Like other reviews I had fillings done at this harrison dental. They had damaged my tooth to the point I had to have a root canal and crown while waiting for these I had suffered from a tooth infection for more than a month dont recommend ever getting a filling here maybe a cleaning but at that point you'll be over charged

My name is Rosetta McBride and I would like to share my experience I had with Harrison Dental Group. They extracted a tooth for me, I had no pain thru the whole procedure, I can't say enough good things about the dentists, so professional and polite, I recommend everyone to go it's rare to find good dental care anymore. I'm very happy with my results.
Hi, Rosetta. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
My visit to Harrison Dental Group was truly impressive!
Brittney, the office manager, greeted me promptly and efficiently from the front desk, informing me that they were ready for my appointment. Amber, my dental hygienist, was friendly and courteous, while Dr. Price, my dentist, demonstrated a professional and considerate attitude.
Miss Pam, the scheduling manager, is amazing, knowledgeable, and very thorough. She’s always on top of everything.
Overall, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend Harrison Dental Group.
Hi, Michael. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
So happy to have found Harrison Dental Group. My long time dentist had retired and was concerned about going to someone new. I have been to two different locations and both were so welcoming and friendly. Lisa took wonderful care of me today. I was greeted immediately when I arrived and didn’t have to wait for my appointment, the whorl staff was friendly and the offices were very bright, clean and nicely decorated.
Thank you so much for your kind words, Pat. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us.

Staff and Doctor very down to earth. Discussion of a couple options for treatment. Encouraged if I needed a second look - here is another option. That's how you handle patients. I'm a definite client.
After months of waiting they are finally finished!!! 8/28/2024. Lmbo!!! JK!!!
Had a appointment yesterday - good people.
