Hands down, best dental experience in my 33 years, extra considerate, checked for cancerous lumps beneath my jaw (as I’ve never had any other dentistry do) incredibly gentle cleaning and very quick service. I was astounded. No gimmicks either, just great service at Harrison Dental on Coldwater Road.

I was seen at this office approximately 1-2 years ago, and my review reflects that timeframe. I remain dissatisfied with the care I received from Dr. Harrison.
I had a crown placed on a front tooth. The color match was painted on and uneven, despite paying an additional fee for custom shading. The crown also did not fit properly. Dr. Harrison was supposed to verify the fit before completing the color work, but that did not occur, and the crown ultimately had to be filed down.
While adjusting the crown, he stated that if I was unhappy with the result, he would not remake it. I found that comment unprofessional and inappropriate.
Overall, my experience at the office was negative, largely due to this interaction. As the provider whose name is on the practice, a higher standard of care and accountability should be expected.

This place is a mess. Twice now they gave me a surprise bill a few weeks after a filling even when I asked them for preauth and they assured me there will be no extra bill. I call to get some insight to the bill; it’s an AI assistant who takes all my info and says they will call me back…
Also got shamed by the hygienist for not taking care of my teeth. I’m sorry I was not in a healthy mental state for the prior two years. I’m finally In a positive mental state and here we go beating down the easy target again :) at least the doctor was nice when he injected me with numbing agent.
Icing on the cake is they would not give me digital copies of the X-rays of my teeth (photos that I paid for…). But they didn’t have a problem printing them on a piece of paper for me?? I brought the papers to my next visit and asked nicely for a digital copy and got it then.
Please take your business anywhere else if you can. I went here because they had availability and multiple locations but I’m regretting it now.

I’ve been coming here for years and my children too. They are always so patient and kind when my kids come in, and I love that they have little TVs to make them comfortable and distracted. For me they always take their time and genuinely address my issues and come up with a plan. I have been to all 3 locations and i love how they communicate what you’ve had done and work together to move forward, giving me the best care. I’ve been on a 3 year journey to get my smile perfected, since insurance benefits run out and I have to wait, I’m finally almost ready for my Invisalign, which I’ll be getting done here as well. Can’t say enough kind things about the hygienists, the ladies who work the counter/insurance/appointments, the manager at the Getz rd is AWESOME I’ve worked with her in her office to get a care credit. 10/10 won’t go anywhere else for my dental needs (unless they refer me!)

I cannot RAVE enough about this place. We've been going for about a year but this past time (Tuesday 12/16) was beyond amazing. We had Jamie as my sons tech and holy amazing. She explained, she looked deeper, she answered questions, she got the dentist to come answer some of my questions (he's phenomenal as well btw). But I just cannot say enough about Jamie! I feel horrible because my daughter tech was just as fantastic, funny, sweet and was having a ball with the sibling rivalry between my son and daughter. Thank you all for making the dentist as enjoyable as you did.

Dr. Evan was very good. I had a tooth extracted and it was surprisingly not that bad. It didn't take long and wasn't that difficult. I usually don't want to go to the dentist because it's been painful in the past. I have to have more work done but the group is good, supportive and caring

I've had several appointments in the last few months, regular dental cleaning, then I needed a filling on one tooth, and another tooth needed a temp crown before I get the actual crown in 2 weeks. All of the staff at Harrison Dental have been great, they explain everything very well before and as they are doing things. If I had any questions they would answer them. I had to be numbed for the filling and the temp crown, I barely felt the shot going in. The only negative I have is that it took the anesthesia around 4 hours to wear off, but I think that is more to do with my own body than anything from Harrison Dental.

Very friendly staff . Caring and informative. Our family is on state insurance and we havent been treated very well at other dentists in the past because of it, however i can honestly say we were treated with the upmost respect. Glad we found this place.

Enjoy extremely pleasant experience, having my teeth cleaned at the Coldwater location. Both dental hygienist and the Dentist were both very professional and answered all my questions and concerns in a very friendly and professional manner. First time in their office after being with Harrison dental group for over 25 years and have rescheduled with them again in the spring.

I really have had nothing but good experiences at Harrison Dental. My older 3 kids have been to the Getz road location for about 1 1/2 years and my 2 year old had her first appointment at the Coldwater location. Nice hygienists, the dentist today was very quick and patient with my toddler. She wasn't afraid because the atmosphere is friendly and the hygienist put Bluey on the TV. When she cried about the taste of the toothpaste they suctioned it as they cleaned and got done quickly. I recommend.

My husband cannot walk and it is very difficult for him to go anywhere! This office every single person we had contact with was so kind and so caring with him! Harrison Dental Group takes phenomenal care of their patients. Attentiveness to their patients needs and comfort is unmatched. Services though quick are done remarkably well. Real People taking care of Real People!! Payment options vary person to person but they accept a plethora of different insurances including Medicaid as well as provide Care Credit for those in need. I am beyond excited to bring my boys in for a cleaning soon.
