I am a new patient to Harrison Dental and I had a tooth emergency. I was able to get in and seen within a couple days. They were very friendly and caring to the situation. I did end up having to have a tooth removed and they took care of me every step of the way. I am looking forward to bringing my whole family here.

I just had my dental implants with Dr Keith, it was pleasant and nice experience, i dont have any pain during the procedure. He made sure im comfortable, checking me from time to time.i requested nitrous cause i have a lot of anxiety and it helps . Dr Keith is so nice to provide it to me. The procedure is smooth and quick. All the staff of Harrison Dental Getz road area are all nice. Thanks so much for an outstanding care.

I had my teeth attached to my implant last week and i love it! It looks so nice. I have my beautiful smile again. Thank you Harrison Dental

I really enjoyed my first time experience getting my teeth cleaned… I come from a single dentist office with no hygienist so that was a different experience for me…
Also at the end you had a choice of flavors to choose from to leave your mouth so unbelievably refreshing…. I can hardly wait for my six month follow up 😂

Honestly, this was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. (Getz Rd location)The staff were so friendly, my appt ran exactly on time, they solved my dental emergency and I was out the door in 30 mins. Dr Todd was super friendly and knowledgeable, Shayla was super sweet and personable and the other girl (i didnt get her name :() was very kind and proficient. Lastly, the check out girl (I didnt catch her name) went above and beyond to solve a past billing question.

Harrison Dental has been an absolutely great experience all the way around; from checking in to cleanings, fillings, crowns etc. Everyone at both the Winchester road and Getz location have been professional and super friendly every time.

Everybody was so nice from the receptionist to the dental assistant & dentist then the check out person, all super nice and fast. The receptionist was very helpful with calling my previous dentist & getting my X-rays!! So happy I’ve chose them for my new dental family! (Getz Rd.)

I usually go to Maplecrest location which has always been "good experience" as you can have at the dentist! Lol .I needed to get in on a Friday for a more urgent issue and they originally didn't think they corps get me in... but within a couple hrs called me back and got me in, I was very grateful. They did excellent job! Attentive and caring.

If i could give 0 stars i would, had a horrible MULTIPLE experiences at the harrison dental, i was told at the getz location genetics don't play a part in teeth health🤣🤣 , was not told about the cavities i had for over a year (my insurance covers them so obv i would have had them done if i knew), went to maplecrest location hoping for a better experience, had to have my filling redone twice with no explanations of why or whats causing my pain after my failed filling, told me over the phone , “oh they didnt tell you a root canal would be the next option??” No, lol no one has explained ANYTHING about this process or whats going on. So i just never went back cuz whats the point, yall are just playing in my mouth at this point. i Got a second opinion at Northpoint dental and they actually fixed my pain and i DIDNT need a root canal thank god, so i definitely recommend Northpoint! as far as for harrison, Absolutely 0/5 stars. I get it how it can be as a person working in healthcare, but with how pricey dental work can be, the lack of explanations and lack of care was super disappointing and i wouldn't go back!

I normally go to the one on Coldwater Road, but they were busy and I had a dental emergency and the Getz Road office was able to see me. Dr. Dan Veerkamp was friendly and professional as was his assistant. Everyone from the receptionist to the dental staff was friendly. Thank you Dr. Veerkamp.

I’ve been going to Harrison dental for the last couple of years now and would definitely recommend them. I hadn’t been to a dentist in many years before that, and they made me feel very comfortable. I don’t know if it’s the norm, but I’ve had the same hygienist every time, which has been great! Overall a very good experience!

The Maplecrest office is very professional and I really like everyone there extremely clean just an all-out great experience. Referred out to another dentist for redo root canal I probably won't do it I'm very scared of Dennis and I was comfortable but it's okay I really enjoyed being there like I said everyone was kind and professional

Nurse was very nice and the woman who helped me check out was helpful. The doctor didn't introduce himself when he came in or explain what he was doing. It was rushed and rude and not what I'm used to from medical professionals. I appreciate the staff's efforts but I won't be back.

I have been going to Harrison Dental for a few years now. Staff (Getz Rd.) Is always friendly, the office is very clean and welcoming. Today was the first time I had Ingrid. She was super nice and didn't sugar coat anything which I appreciated very much. She really involved me in what would happen to my teeth if I didn't make some changes. Together we came up with a plan of action to improve my dental hygiene. I look forward to seeing her again in six months. Ingrid you are amazing!
