Caroline, the dental assistant at this Haddon Heights practice, was really personable, kind, and patient—she was the only good part of my visit. Dr. Haynes seemed rude to me. I've got a lot of dental work needed, and she kept asking about nutrition even after I said no due to dietary restrictions and having a nutritionist. Felt uncomfortable, like she was judging me based on looks. Voytek at the front desk was rude too, telling me I'd maxed out my insurance.
