Dr. Kevin Quan is amazing! I noticed a cavity on my daughter’s tooth this morning, and they got us in right away. They were able to get it filled, and she wasn’t scared at all. We have to go back for another filling, and she isn’t afraid, she actually thought it was fun! Definitely recommend. The staff is amazing, and the office is clean and engaging for kids, which really makes it an amazing experience.
We brought our 6-year-old in for a cleaning at HB Smile Camp in Huntington Beach. After X-rays, Dr. Kevin recommended removing an extra tooth and her front teeth so adult teeth can come in straight. He did the extractions painlessly—the staff made her so comfortable she didn't even realize both teeth were out. Wish we had found this pediatric dentist sooner! We had THE best experience here at Smile Camp. My daughter has a lot of anxiety, and they reassured us that we will meet her where she is at and they kept her calm and relaxed. They were also able to see our seven month old son at the same exact time, and they were so kind to us. They didn’t rush us out of the door and they gave us some really cool certificates and vouchers. Highly recommend.

My three kids (8,5,2) all had a great experience seeing Dr Kevin at HB camp dentistry, we will definitely be returning for years to come. All 3 of my kids were very comfortable going into the office (they have a very fun and welcoming waiting area for the kids) and were relaxed going in for x rays on their own with the dental assistant. Dr. Kevin is very good with kids was encouraging throughout the visit and made it through yet efficient, he builds rapport with the kids during the exam which helps tremendously. Apart from being a clean and beautiful office space and exam area, there are a lot of extra fun things for kids to enjoy and look at like little dinosaurs throughout the space as well as TV to watch during the exam and waiting. Highly recommend this dentist office, we had a great experience!
We were so impressed with this office! We were scheduled right away with the nicest receptionist. The office itself was very clean and decorated for the kids. This was my son’s first dentist appointment and the whole staff made him feel so comfortable and welcome. The dental assistants took him in for x-rays while I was doing paperwork and they were cheering him on the whole time! Everyone was very patient with him and they made it so fun. Dr. Kevin Quan was very nice and great with both my 4 year old and 1 year old. Another great part of our trip was that they offered to see my daughter right after my son had finished his appointment. I highly recommend taking your kids here, they are awesome!

So fun, warm, welcoming, and interactive from start to finish. Everyone is kid-friendly and kind. The decor is fun and vibrant, there's a play area in the waiting room, and a welcome sign for the little ones. We took the cutest "first dentist visit" picture and got an adorable cavity-free certificate. Small stuff that totally pulled on my first-time mom heartstrings.
