Been coming here over 20 years. I feel proud about it. I recommend HealthPoint Federal Way for medical care.
Thank you for your loyalty over 20 years! We're glad to be your choice for primary medical care in Federal Way. Looking forward to many more years.
Dental appointments here are frustrating. They want to fill my teeth but first clean each side every month or two, taking 4-8 months. Then filling takes 3 months. Who knows what happens after a year? Way too slow for dental care.
Hashim, we hear your frustration about the timeline. At HealthPoint Federal Way, we want dental care to be efficient. Please reach out so we can discuss your concerns and find a better plan.
I wouldn't recommend HealthPoint Dental in Federal Way, especially Dr. Chui. He coughed right in my daughter's face—super unprofessional and made her uncomfortable. They said she had cavities but didn't explain anything clearly. Later that day she had pain. Not a good experience for dental care.
Danielle, we're sorry about your visit. HealthPoint Federal Way is committed to respectful care, especially for children. We're looking into this and will improve our communication. Please contact us if you'd like to discuss further.
Honestly, after 10 years at HealthPoint Federal Way, I can't say it was a good experience. When I was 13, a provider kept asking if I was sexually active even after I said no. As a kid, that felt really uncomfortable. Later, when I had ovarian issues, they brushed it off saying I was young and could handle it, and even made comments about how 'most Black and Mexican women go through this.' Instead of treating me as an individual, I felt stereotyped. Really disappointing for a place that's supposed to offer primary medical care and pregnancy and reproductive health services.
Soleil, we're truly sorry for your experience. That's not the care we aim for at HealthPoint Federal Way. We take your feedback seriously and are reviewing our practices to ensure every patient is heard and respected. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss further.
Very poor service. I had to wait over an hour with my newborn child. The nurse was unprofessional and not available when needed. Totally unacceptable for a place that offers urgent care and primary medical care.
Khalid, we apologize for the long wait and the experience with your newborn. At HealthPoint Federal Way, we strive for better. We're addressing this with our team to improve. Please email us if you'd like to share more.
So disappointed with HealthPoint Federal Way. I booked with Dr. Doppelt way in advance, and when I called to confirm, they said it was canceled without any notice. No call, text, or email. Then the next slot is January 2026? That's crazy for a primary care clinic. Totally unacceptable.
We're sorry about the cancellation and lack of notice. At HealthPoint Federal Way, we know how important timely primary medical care is. We're working to improve our scheduling and communication. Please contact us so we can help.
Worst location for a primary care doctor. They always run late—you show up on time and wait 1-2 hours because the doctor is with other patients. So why schedule appointments? Staff and doctors are extremely unprofessional.
We're sorry for the long waits. At HealthPoint Federal Way, we know your time is valuable. We're working on scheduling improvements to reduce delays. Please give us another chance.
It would be great if y'all could offer video visits instead of making people come in person. Telehealth would be so much easier.
Great suggestion! We actually offer telehealth services at HealthPoint Federal Way. Please ask about virtual visits next time you call. Thanks for the feedback.
Called and was on hold forever. When I finally got through, I asked for a second to grab my insurance card and they hung up. Called again, explained I wanted a new PCP, but got a snarky tone and they hung up again. Felt like an inconvenience. Terrible service for primary care.
We apologize for the poor phone experience. At HealthPoint Federal Way, we aim to be helpful. We're retraining our staff on phone etiquette. Please call back and ask for a manager if you need assistance.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful! Place was clean and well kept and Dr.Son is great! Very willing to listen and just a great experience overall.
Came in for a quick follow-up test and a phone call with my doctor. HealthPoint has been stellar—appointments on time, doctors keep me informed, MyChart works great. LabCorp results are super fast too. Wonderful experience with all the doctors. Highly recommend them for medical care in Federal Way.
We're thrilled you've had such a positive experience! At HealthPoint Federal Way, we strive for seamless care. Thanks for the kind words about our medical team and MyChart.
I just moved from Florida, and needed new doctors here. I found an amazing Primary Care Physician here and the ease of having all the medical services that they offer under one roof is amazing and very convenient. Everyone is very kind and helpful.
Extremely rude and unprofessional front desk staff, work etiquette is by far the worst. Called in to get a clearance for one of my patients & was told they didn’t know, then was placed on hold… proceeded to tell me they can send it over later this week or next week because she was “almost off”when I explained the reason I was calling (patient was present in office) then I asked her if she could just confirm one date for me (for insurance purposes) just to get put on hold & hung up on.
What’s the point of having a providers option if we are going to get transferred over to an incompetent staff member, in that case advise front desk to not bother answering the phones when they are “almost off”.
These people didn’t attend just because I was 3 minutes late (traffic) and I was in huge pain. Overall they weren’t busy. What’s the point of saying they care about their patients if they won’t attend them correctly. They don’t care. Never going back
Terrible clinic. The people who check you in have no communication skills. A man at the check in desk told me my daughters visit was going to be self pay. I explained she had insurance and that it was on file. He refused to look and kept telling me it would be a self pay visit. The guy could barely speak english and was just too lazy to look up the insurance. Another front desk worker came over and did it for him. The doctors and nurses have zero empathy, what a sad place to come for medical care. You are not a patient, just another number. Do not come here. I hope this place loses their funding and gets shut down.
Dealt with a rude front desk guy and his boss. I had scheduled my daughter's appointment 2 months prior before a visit. Stood in line to wait to be called. When finally called from standing there for minutes- he looked up the appointment and said to reschedule 4 minutes late. Not even a hi, how are you today. Just said what's the last name and looked at me if I was dumb. I asked for a supervisor, then she went to go get her boss, and she has no empathy. If you work in a clinic/hospital setting, there should always be. All I asked is where in policy does it say on paper or online that it says you have to be there 30 minutes prior to be seen. Without any hesitation and me saying that it was her employees' fault for letting me stand there past the time. She said I had to approach them even though they had someone in line, and even after they didn't, I still waited. There's a sign that says, ( protocol ) when standing to wait for someone to call you 🤦♀️ and that's what I did, but his BOSS said I should have approached them no matter what?? Really, what a joke. No good customer service was shown. Will not be returning, but please know your policy and have it stated when calling that 30 minutes on the dot, and if you are waiting in line, it counts (it's a joke). Anyhow, I told her God bless and left. And all she kept saying was, "Do you want to reschedule or not?" Other than that, people do actually time out of their job to come bring their family members. Be nice. If you want someone to reciprocate the same attitude, you show it as well.
Thanks.
I attended therapy here for almost two years. I had gotten to know my therapist well & she knew me well. She was the ONLY reason I continued to come to Healthpoint.
I called to schedule an appointment with her and they tell me she no longer works there???!!
They gave me absolutely no warning so I could prepare & find a new therapist before being unable to work with her anymore.
They left me feeling abandoned. Depressed more than before, having a harder time taking my pills. Still trying to motivate myself to find a new therapist. Thanks a lot, Healthpoint!!
I got tested for std’s here. When I got the phone call for results the first thing she says is that I’m not immune for hepatitis B, she made it sound like I was sick and needed to get the vaccine, using misleading terminology to entice me into getting a hepatitis B vaccine. I only got the truth out of her by repeatedly asking the same question like “what is hepatitis B” “Am I sick?” “Do I need it?”. I almost let them poison my perfectly youthful good health.
Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time while migrants were seen first. When I finally got in the exam room it was filthy and floor was dirty. Dr wanted to test me for everything but what I was there for. After my visit and creating a online account none of my messages were responded to from the doctor patient portal sucks. Tried to schedule a follow up appointment online and slow response there too. No response there’s either. Worst health care provider don’t go here.
Floors are absolutely disgusting. Both times I brought my brother here, there were nasty rusty gunky splotches, wads of hair and dirt everywhere. This makes me really uncomfortable that other surfaces aren't being cleaned properly either. A medical facility should not have a floor that looks like a Walmart. The doctors were really nice and that aspect of this place was fine, but I just... ugh, it's too gross for me, sorry. Gonna take my brother elsewhere.
