Honestly, switching dentists in Roanoke because of insurance was stressful, but Henritze Dental Group made it awesome. Dr. Anama and his team were so nice and helpful—the dental assistant kept me comfortable the whole time, and she even smelled good, ha! Already booked three more appointments after my first visit. Staff is very, very friendly. I felt so relaxed and became more relaxed at the dental assistant and dentist explained everything they were doing. Oh yes, they let me select the music while they were working.

Saw Dr. Maz- great dentist - funny, sweet- did a great job. I don’t like going to the dentist. Broke a tooth and he was able to help calm my nerves and fixed my tooth. He explained everything very well. I will be switching to this practice.

I had an appointment today with x ray , cleaning and review of my teeth and gums. The associate ( Ashley, I believe ) who was also hygienist, because she also cleaned, could not have been more professional and at the same time warm, pleasant and knowledgeable. I tend to ask a lot of questions. It was my first appointment there and my friend Stephanie recommended a winner! Thank them all!

Actually dont mind coming here. When I first went to this practice, it was only because I was in pain (severe dental anxiety) and has become easier each visit. They really care and take care of you, listening to you about you limits much as they can.

I am a retired Army veteran, 34yrs service, and 100% disabled. For the 1st time in a very long time I experienced a health care provider, John Fitzgerald, who values the dollar over treatment and care of a patient! A few disabilities I suffer from don’t play nice and give me no advance warning. So because I had to cancel (not no show) on two occasions, I was told by an office worker that they could not reschedule me until they reached out to the VA. They apologized but said it was a VA directive not theirs. I’ve just found out I was lied to by that individual, it was indeed, John Fitzgerald, who made the decision because his wallet didn’t get as fat! I am a veteran that requires no thanks of any kind for serving my country because it was/is my passion and I loved what I did. So as a disabled veteran who feels disrespected and unappreciated by this practice and dentist, I absolutely cannot endorse or recommend their service to any person especially our “Honored” veterans! DOL

Crystal Lewey is the best Dental Hygientist. She told my teenager daughters, in a very professional manner, that they had beautiful smiles but needed to brush their teeth better. She does an excellent job cleaning our teeth and we are thankful that she shows such excellent care to her patients.

The hygienist was awesome!!!! Best I ever had in my life. She was very gentle and very informative. Because of her feedback I have scheduled two crowns. The doctor also discovered the two cracked teeth which I scheduled two crows to correct.
