Got my wisdom teeth removed here and everything went smooth! Lisa at the front went over finances, Dr. Brunelle and Sami were very professional with the extractions. Delani was thorough with my cleaning. 10/10 experience! If you need oral surgery in Crescent Springs, this is the place.

Worst customer service. Don’t go to them they are terrible. They treat people with PTSD like criminals. Never in my life have I encountered such lack of empathy. I will not return for their services. Dr. Wright would be ashamed, and he owns the company. Stay away!

Best dental experience EVER! After a nightmare with another dentist—broken teeth and infected gums—I called desperately one morning. Heritage got me in the SAME day! Every lady there was kind, considerate, and caring, like they'd known me forever. They were remodeling in back, yet it was the calmest, most relaxed yet professional dental environment. They actually listened to my needs and didn't push anything cosmetic. So grateful for their emergency dental care in Crescent Springs.

The receptionist on the phone, the one who checked us in, the one who checked us out, the hygenist, and the dentist were all so nice to me and my son. The hygenist was very patient with getting my son's x rays done with his little mouth. The dentist was knowledgeable.

At 31, I've been to a lot of dentists, but Heritage Dental Center in Crescent Springs is hands-down the best. Called a couple days ago with a tooth infection needing a quick extraction. The lady on the phone was super comforting. Got me in the next day, and every single person there treated me great. The doctor was awesome, the assistant fantastic—everyone was a joy to talk to. I was looking for a new dentist for general dentistry, and I found it.

ALL the ladies there are amazing nice friendly and have gone above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible including the blanket during the procedure. Thanks I appreciate them doing this i had 20 other dentists deny me cause the issues I had were so severe. They took me on like no problem at all!

The staff here has been incredibly helpful and patient throughout this past week. Every time I've needed to come back to get something checked out or called to get something fixed they've gotten me in asap and with no wait. Going to the dentist isn't something I look forward to per se, but my experience here has been great.

I had a root canal done at the Crestview Hills location. Great experience from start to finish. Was in a lot of pain, but they saw me immediately and did the procedure that day. Very happy with how the crown looks—no pain or issues since. Everyone was so nice. Dr. Brunelle is a wonderful dentist. Highly recommend Heritage Dental Center and Dr. Brunelle for restorative dentistry.

I have always had a fear of doctors and dentist. So when my dentist stopped accepting my insurance I knew I had to find another. I had to find one in a hurry because of some major tooth pain. I read reviews on multiple sites and went with heritage because of the raving reviews. I sent a message early morning and by that afternoon I was in the office being seen. I ended up having to have 2 teeth pulled that day. They were all so nice and welcoming and they took care of the issues I was having. Even scheduled an appointment for a cleaning while I was there. Highly recommended.

Excellent service!!! My 90 year old mother chipped her front tooth and needed service asap. They were able to get her in the next day. They put fillings in her 2 front teeth and cleaned her teeth all in the same visit. I am very impressed!!!! I highly recommend them!

Heritage Dental Center is an amazing place to go. I left work early on a Friday because I was in so much pain from a couple of my teeth. This was on a Friday and most dental practices are closed or close by noon. I wasn’t a patient of theirs and I took the chance to call to see if I could be seen. They got me in immediately and have taken such good care of me. They called in my medicines and I am on a plan to help regain my smile again. Everyone from the first person that I have talked to on the phone to the X-ray technician to the dentist have been awesome. Everyone that I have encountered have been friendly. They were great to accommodating my work schedule and very knowledgeable answering all my questions. If you are in need of a dentist, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them.

This is a good place to get your work done!! Tiffany and Dr. Brunelle are really good! They give you a blanket and put on a TV show before you get worked on. They gave me back my smile and confidence, and helped me not feel so anxious. I'm a baby to dental pain, but they're so understanding. Yesterday I met some of the most AMAZING people!! My kids have a regular dentist but their dentist office is loosing their surgery tech and not able to schedule anymore appointments. My son needed dental surgery in the worst way!! We called around and Heritage was like bring him in TODAY! 2 hours after making the call we were in their office getting a consultation, talking through in detail what the next best step were for his care! They waive consultation fee, waived new x-ray fees and got his x-rays transferred over quickly from his other dentist. They treated my little boy with so much love and kindness like he was one of their own!! They put a rush on his care and will have to extract several teeth and add spacers in. They did the mold the same day and talked through the cost and they will be seeing him NEXT WEEK to complete the dental surgery....I mean WOW!! Our other dentist told us it would be MONTHS before they could help him and calling around we got the same answers at other places.... but Heritage was every so helpful, friendly and dedicated to get him the care he needed and deserves. We are switching to their dentist office for ALL of needs!!! Call them today you will NOT regret it!!!
