Dr. Duffy is AMAZING!!! We've been going to High Plains Dental in Dickinson for all our dental needs, and she's been awesome every time. But today especially with my son who had to get 2 teeth pulled—she and her staff were amazing! She went above and beyond from the start, fitting us into her schedule, then making him feel so comfortable, talking us through everything. Made the whole process not so daunting for a scared little boy and his mama! 🥰

This is the best dentist office in North Dakota! The office girls, hygienist, and the dentist herself are very friendly and kind! The dentist is the best! I was in so much pain and after one visit 100% no pain, plus she works with you with your payment—they charge insurance first then give you the bill. Not many dentists do this, they charge you upfront mostly all the cost if not all the cost for the appointment then go to your insurance and reimburse you! Which is a terrible practice. Dental is not a luxury it’s a necessity. This dentist understands how expensive it is and does things right.

Don't let the bad reviews deter you from this dentist office. My kids went to Dr. Duffy for about 4 years and they were absolutely wonderful. All of the hygienists we dealt with were happy to see my kids, they had smiles on their faces and were so kind and patient. Dr. Duffy knew all my kids and addressed them personally when she came in. She has been nothing but wonderful to all of my children. I would absolutely recommend High Plains. Also we went through and are going through very difficult times and they have treated me fairly and were very understanding of our situation.

Love High Plains Dental. Dr. Duffy always makes time in her busy schedule if we have an emergency. My entire family goes to see her. We have a baby and a toddler and she is just great with both—so gentle and patient. I have to go in for regular cleanings a few times a year and the entire staff from when I walk in is so friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Duffy and her staff are so wonderful. I am a grown woman but a big baby when it comes to dental work. My family and I will be patients of hers until she retires!
I went there 3 times and the old saying was 3 times a charm. I would have not come back after my second appointment had it not been for a device I had bought and paid $500 for that would eliminate me grinding my teeth. Come to find out that the device, after I started going to a different dentist, was terrible for putting to much pressure on my two front teeth and and can cause other problems. Well gee thanks High Plains....but I mentioned I was not impressed by my first visit anyhow. They felt like a cattle auction. In and out. How many dentists for 20 chairs???? New patient and the dentist spent a total of 5 minutes with me. I go to Robinson Family Dental and my first visit I spent over an hour and a half with my dentist. Just my experience.

Sarah did an awesome job making my experience pleasant and Dr. Duffy finished the job by taking care of my crown for me. I left with my crown back in my mouth and feeling Great! Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Meyer is caring, gentle and always takes her time to do things the right way. Can’t say enough about the hygienist we see there. She is awesome!
Gave me a referral to a dental surgeon who made me sit on the phone for 10 min asking me all sorts of questions and at the very end say they can't see me within the month. Then I get a letter after 1 missed appointment for my son that we've somehow magically missed 5 appointments and are no longer welcome there. I mean fine, if a business is going to start playing make-believe with their patients why would we want to go back? I was told not to go here before my very 1st visit. I should have listened.

Excellent service! The dentists and their staff are very polite and professional. Although they are very busy at this office, they always do their best to fit you in for an appointment. On many instances, I was called back with an available appointment by that same day. They are also quick to follow up with you to make sure that everything went smooth on your end. While they are working on your teeth, the dentists are gentle with their work and will always ask you how it feels at that point to make sure that something doesn't hurt too much and they will always stop if an adjustment needs to be made.

Great office and friendly staff. I've been going here for over 2-years and although it can at times be challenging to get an appointment with their workload, they've always provided great service, a clean environment, and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone seeking a dentist.
This office had very poor service. Just about everybody we spoke to was rude, and we only went to get my husband's bad tooth pulled. The doctor herself was very rude about my husband's teeth and refused to pull the tooth, acting like she was grossed out by his mouth. I would NOT recommend these people to anyone because in the very same day after we left High Plains we made an appointment with a dentist in Glendive, MT and got excellent service.
I had such a great experience at High Plains Dental. I had quite a bit of tooth pain before my appointment and the staff was so friendly they worked me in so I would not have to drive to Bismarck to see a dentist. By the end of the appointment the pain was almost gone.
