Extremely unprofessional experience at this Fall River dental clinic. They told me I had multiple cavities during what was supposed to be a routine checkup, but after getting x-rays at another dentist in Massachusetts, I found out I don't have any cavities at all! I don't recommend their emergency dental care or any services based on my experience.

They're the best dental clinic around Fall River - they actually care about their customers one at a time. Let's face it, your teeth are the first thing people notice, so you want them looking good. These folks really care about that and give you great cosmetic dentistry work. Try them once and you'll see the difference from other places in Massachusetts where you feel like just a number. Here they take their time to give you perfect teeth, not like lots of others in this city.

These folks in Fall River are so thorough, thoughtful and kind. The office was really busy because they're so popular, and a lot of dentists in Massachusetts are still saying no to new patients since COVID. But they squeezed me in as a new patient when I had a broken tooth and was in pain - that's some solid emergency dental care right there. Been going here ever since my old dentist moved out of state. Also, I'm on chemo and biologicals for autoimmune diseases and need pre-medicating before appointments, and the doctors were incredibly understanding about it all.

Dr. Steven Boucher is by far the worst dentist I've seen in Fall River. He drilled down my tooth and didn't explain the procedure at all after I asked multiple times. At another visit for cosmetic dentistry work, he filled a cavity and another dentist later told me he didn't fill it all the way - most of the cavity was still there. Now I need another procedure. Just unacceptable dental care in Massachusetts.

This Fall River clinic has no professionalism. They canceled my appointment because they had no one to stay with their children at home, then another day left me waiting an hour because they went to pick up their kids from school. When I complained, they basically told me their family comes before any patient. I just needed an appointment because they made a mistake on my tooth during what should have been routine dental work! Ended up going to another dentist in Massachusetts instead.

Extremely satisfied with my visit to this Fall River dentist! Only waited about 10 minutes, staff was professional and attentive, and the doctor was detailed and gentle. The office was super clean too. When I was leaving, they gave me two referrals they researched for me and handed me all my x-rays to take to the oral surgeon. Plenty of parking in the lot and on the street. This place is phenomenal for emergency dental care in Massachusetts - definitely making it my regular dentistry spot!

I've never been but I'm trying to find a dentist that would be willing to do all on four implants or snap in dentures..I'm 38 and I work along with my loving family we struggle everyday but we do it well when I was 18 or so I started having problems with my teeth and it continued over the years until I had enough of the pain and hurt and I finally had them removed I now wear dentures that are loose and I can't eat with them on the move and everything I would rather not wear them at all that's how bad they are I can't afford better ones and it's just be so hard to save 30,000 to get the procedure done I can't and I've tried to establish credit and do everything right but it is to hard.im not the type to do this but I've had enough and I just want to smile again and eat better and not be embarrassed anymore but thank you and hopefully I jhear from someone soon godbless you.
