Had a really bad experience here. My girlfriend's alarm didn't go off and she showed up an hour late. She tried to reschedule but before she could even give her last name, the receptionist told her she could never be seen again. That's just not good customer service. Would not recommend going to this dentist in Cedar Point.

The most thorough dentistry I've been to — they're conservative with procedures, which I appreciate. Joy the hygienist is excellent. But be prepared: it won't be a quick visit, which I don't mind. However, don't expect them to know your insurance coverage. They consider it a 'courtesy' to check, and I ended up with unexpected charges. That's made me think about going elsewhere, which is a shame because the care itself is great.
