Dr. Houston and his team in Columbus are amazing! They do great work from cleanings to crowns, and most recently BOTOX treatments for my migraines and TMJ. Gotta admit I was hesitant about BOTOX just 'cause of what it is, but I'd heard from others how good it is for managing those issues, and thought there's no one better than Dr. Houston. Everyone in the office is honest, kind, so personable, and fun too! Thank you all for being so wonderful every single visit.

Started off great at Houston Dental in Columbus, GA. Was going here for a few years, but recently I've had problems. Prices weren't adding up, and I started having some pain from a dental filling—the dentist said it was possible 'cause it was close to the nerve. Was told if that happened, they'd prescribe something temporarily and if it didn't help, then I'd come in. A few months later, I had pain for a few days, called to see if they could get me something to help, and the receptionist wasn't very helpful. Just felt let down.

Honestly, I love this dentist's office in Columbus, GA. Normally I see Dr. Houston, and everyone's always so professional and friendly—makes the whole visit feel easy. Today I had to come in for emergency dental services, and even though I saw Dr. Johnson, they still took care of me super quick with tons of patience. They're always able to get me in pretty fast when something comes up, and communication is smooth. Easy to reach, easy to schedule, no issues ever. Really appreciate how consistent they are, and I always feel like I'm in good hands here.

Had a disappointing experience at Houston Dental in Columbus, GA that I feel compelled to share. From the start, I told the staff I didn't want hidden fees and would rather pay up front. The dental hygienist used a Panoramic X-ray machine during my visit—she said she didn't work there, just covering as a traveling hygienist. Plus, the cleaning wasn't as I expected; it was over really quick and didn't feel thorough. I've had better cleanings before. Four months later, I'm now being billed for the X-rays, which just adds to the frustration.

My husband and I have been patients for several years now. Everyone's always courteous, polite, and professional. My hygienist Taylor is extremely quick, efficient, and gentle. Been seeing amazing things about Houston Dental from other military wives in Columbus, GA, and now I get why. Had my first visit today, and it went as well as expected, even with my extreme anxiety about dental visits. My hygienist was so sweet and even gave me a hug to calm me down lol. My dentist, although our interaction was short, seems very knowledgeable and thorough. I teared up from being overstimulated, and she kept her composure and tact. Looking forward to continuing my journey with preventive dentistry and getting back to a healthier routine. Only downside is they're extremely booked!

I came in for my periodic cleaning. As I won't use the Cavitron, my hygienist did it the old fashioned way. She is highly skilled and completed the procedure beautifully. The office itself is professional and efficient. Dr. Houston has a wonderful "bedside" manner, explains everything clearly and has a good sense of humor. I highly recommend his office.

Can't say enough good things about Houston Dental in Columbus. Started going here about 5 years ago when we moved to the area with the Army. I was pregnant with my first kid at the time and was a very nervous patient from some bad experiences with military dentists. From my very first visit I was hooked. Every person working there was extremely friendly and understanding, both of my pregnancy and later when I had to bring my kids for pediatric care. They really made me feel seen and cared for over the years.

I was absolutely dreading going to the dentist… because the last time I had gone it was extremely painful and I just knew after not going (for an unmentionable amount of time) that is was going to be even more painful. BUT I was pleasantly surprised at how painless everything was. My hygienist Marty was so nice and informative. I had to bring my 2 little ones with me and everyone was so nice and helpful. I cannot sing the praises of this office & staff enough!! 10/10
