Dr. Li gave my mouth a transformation over just a few months. It was a prayer answered, I didn't even pray for. Now, as a middle aged woman I have confidence in smiling bigger again. Never once was I made to feel ashamed. I appreciate that the staff went over preventative care so my teeth and gums stay healthy. Additionally, I never had any issues with professionalism. Everyone here is kind which starts from the top and flows to the staff. If you're looking for cosmetic dentistry in Columbus, this is the place.

My normal dentist office is on Spring Break, I chipped my tooth and HW dental got me in to be seen super fast. Staff is super nice & polite. The Dr was very friendly. They are very professional, very efficient and waste zero time. In & out, all business but still personable. I am very thankful for this Dentist & staff. Honestly, I love it there. For something as intimidating as root canals and fillings, the procedures were surprisingly quick, smooth, and way less scary than I thought they would be. Scheduling is easy and flexible too, which made everything even more convenient for me to get everything done within a small amount of time. And the staff? Genuinely friendly and welcoming — they make every dentist appointment in Columbus feel like a pleasant visit. Highly recommended if you want great dental care!!

Not usually one to leave a review, but I used to have pretty bad anxiety when it came to dentists. However I've loved working with Dr. Gina and the rest of the staff at HW Dental, they take my insurance and the pricing has been surprisingly affordable. I've been nothing but comfortable in my many recent visits and have been able to get almost entirely caught up on much needed procedures. Multiple fillings and root canals later I've felt very little pain and always look forward to coming back. By far the best dentist I've been to in Columbus.

I was in pain for a couple months. Couldn't get into a dentist without a referral, and no took my insurance that I was referred too. Then I was recommended here, and I can confidently say I made one of the best decisions ever. I had a root canal done THE DAY AFTER I called, and was scheduled for more not even 2 weeks later. I never feel uncomfortable or in pain even with the needles and stuff. They do a very excellent job and will take great care of you. Thank you guys so much. They have really restored my smile and made me feel so much better! Best emergency dental service in Columbus!

These people are SO AWESOME. I am a very anxious person when it comes to my teeth (I always think I have a cavity somewhere) and they do a wonderful job of reassuring me. I recently came in because I thought I had a cavity and they took x-rays and did an exam. They carefully looked over everything and helped me better understand what was going on with my teeth. I cannot recommend this team enough!

Best dentist office I've ever been to. I'm usually nervous going to the dentist, but everyone here has always made me feel very comfortable. I almost never have to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room before I'm taken in the back and they get started right away. The dental work I've received so far has been pretty great. I also love that there's an option to text them instead of speak on the phone, sometimes I'm at work and can't really talk, so it's very convenient. I'm very pleased with this office and I plan on staying with them! If you need routine check-ups in Columbus, this is the place.

10/10 recommend! The staff here were absolutely wonderful from check in to check out. Paperwork was easy, and their office was very nice. My fiancé got called back quickly, had X-rays taken, a full mouth exam, and his cleaning done within an hour. The staff were very personable and explained his treatment plan in depth. It was a wonderful experience and I recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist!!!

HW Dental Sawmill is hands down the BEST dental office I’ve ever been to. The staff are always welcoming, kind, and make you feel right at home. Dr. Li is fantastic—extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. I had a great experience at this office! Scheduling was very easy and the receptionist, Erica, was kind and friendly. My hygienist Heather did a wonderful job, and my teeth felt so clean after my appointment. Dr. Li did a great job explaining things to me and even pointed out some interesting things for me on my x-rays. I will definitely be coming back!
