Our whole family comes here, including my nonverbal child with special needs. Every staff member has been amazing with all my kids, but how they treat my youngest really stands out. They're patient during X-rays and always treat her with dignity and respect. That might not seem like a big deal to some, but as a parent, I can tell you it's rare and means everything. Any time I forgot to get a school note, they quickly sent it to the school. Communication is easy and stress-free. Wouldn't take my family anywhere else in Cleburne.

Honestly surprised there are so many good reviews. I went here for the first time because I needed a new dentist on medicaid. The front desk ladies were nice and the assistant was okay, but the doctor was rude and rough. I told him I had a bridge and he didn't even acknowledge it. He brushed my teeth so roughly that he went way up on my gums, making them sore and swollen for days. The flossing was rough too, trying to force it where my bridge is, and I had to stop him. I do need work done, but based on other reviews...

Dr. Le does fantastic work. I had 2 extractions done, and I could feel the shots more than the extraction. Mostly painless, I highly recommend them.

Best dentist office ever!! Staff is extremely kind and professional, from front desk to the assistant. I have a fear of dentists and have been to many, but this is the best one yet! Dr. Lee was gentle and thorough, and most importantly he made sure I was happy and satisfied with his work. He even went above and beyond to do extra work to make sure I was happy, and that's priceless. I referred my mother and she was extremely happy too! #ibritecleburnerocks

So thankful for the staff at iBrite! My daughter fell and chipped her tooth on a Friday afternoon at 4:30pm. After calling several other dentists in our area, we called iBrite and they fit us in by 5pm. We were out the door with a fixed tooth by 5:45! Highly recommend this office even if you're not in a bind, they'll take good care of you.

They put a crown on. Not very friendly, dentist doesn't explain anything. When I came back for permanent crown, he pulled temporary off with no numbing medication at all my tooth still hurts 2 weeks later. I have had plenty of dental work, something is not right. I will be getting a 2nd opinion.

The best dental care I've ever experienced. The staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. Made me feel like family. I was very pleased with my dental visit with Dr. Thai Le. There was no long wait to see the doctor. I was taken back immediately. Dr Le spent time cleaning my teeth. He showed me my x-rays & answered my questions. It was exactly what I wanted. A month ago I had been told by another dental office that I needed $1500 worth of dental work. I knew that could not be the truth. I am thankful Dr Le was recommended to me. He is a very good dentist & is honest.

I have gone to IBrite with Dr. Thai Le for a few years,from cleanings,crowns and partials. He was recommended to me by a neighbor, and I then recommended to another neighbor. He is very good at explaining, suggesting treatments. His staff are very nice and helpful. I never feel nervous going there. They will work with your insurance to get best coverage. The facility is very clean and pleasant. Dr Thai Le at IBrite Dental is the Best! Love his techs and office staff. His office is on West Henderson, 2 doors from CiCi's Pizza in Cleburne. They even play kid movies for the little ones. Go to IBrite Dental Dr. Thai Le and you will be pleased.

This is the best dentist I've ever been to since moving to the Metroplex area. I've been coming here almost 8 years. Very professional, family-oriented, always welcome us like part of their family. I love this dentist and his staff. I'm always treated with a tremendous amount of respect. The staff is exceptionally friendly. The doc is quick yet thorough, and I don't feel like I've been robbed when he's done. Reasonably priced service. I feel blessed to have found this office. Thank you for being my new dentist.

Such a very good experience here at iBrite dental office. The front desk staff is so sweet and very welcoming. The office is super clean!! The dental assistant who does Xray is nice. And of course the dentist is super informative, detail explanation. He takes times to take care of me as his patient. Price is affordable! I highly recommend this place.

Went for my first time and got some news that I wasn't expecting and they made me feel good about it and made sure all of our questions and concerns were taken care of. I am so glad I am starting the journey of dentures with them. Looking forward to it!!!! ❤️❤️
EDIT:I only had one tooth pulled here because it was so HORRIBLE! I felt everything and the dentist didn’t care. I had one done and ran out. I went to Nolan river dental. SO AMAZING!! My teeth are now perfect 🤩 I give two stars, because the front desk was so nice. The assistant or whatever walked me back was new. I hope she got better.

I'm kind of shocked at how many positive reviews there are. Staff and doctor were friendly on my first visit, and I thought the price was reasonable for the fillings I needed. However, when I returned for the work, it was nothing short of torture. The doctor barely conversed before shoving the topical numbing inside my mouth. There was again no discussion before the needle came out... I lost count of the number of shots and felt the needle ripping through my skin on every one, while I was scolded for any movement. During this whole process, he only talked when he was commanding me to stay still during a step, or physically moving my head and mouth by grabbing my top teeth. He never checked on me, including if I was fully numb before beginning the work, and let me tell you- I wasn't. I can't believe he missed every important nerve with the number of shots he did. It was clear he was not focused on the patient's comfort, and instead on completing the task as fast as possible. I walked out in enormous pain and shock, and instantly began crying and shaking in the car. I almost broke my skin from my nails digging into my hands to manage the pain. It's been 3 days, and I'm still hurting and unable to eat and drink certain foods. I will never be returning to this office, and I will not recommend it to a single person.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful here! They explain things thoroughly and make sure everything gets taken care of for a stress free experience. I appreciate them and all that they do.
Update: I'm in so much pain now 😫 more than when I went in and now have a filling that has fallen out AGAIN. Used all of my insurance allowance from my visit and the issues I had are not fixed. THe whole reason I went in was because of a hole in my back tooth. I thought it was fixed after my appointment and fillings just to learn it had never been fixed. He filled the tooth and I used my insurance on it but now he is saying i have to get it pulled and pay out of pocket or wait until January when my insurance starts over. I'm disappointed because I have used this dentist for all of my children and that's why I trusted this place.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because of the service my husband received today, which was totally out of character for ibrite! All the times we’ve been they’ve been great with my 15 month old and my husbands cleanings and also helped us make a great plan to get my husbands teeth fixed.
My husband and my son are both autistic. My husband is high functioning but has horrible anxiety and the staff today didn’t seem focused on him at all. Non-attentive. He got 2 teeth extracted and a filling. no pain medications other than ibuprofen.. that doesn’t help with pain at all. He’s in a lot of pain now and I hate to see him like this. He has horrible genetics and his teeth are horrible. I wish he received better care and pain management today. I have to say I am very disappointed and hope things will be better his next appointment so we don’t have to find a new place to go.
