Ms. Malika Beason was amazing from the moment I walked in. She took great care of me, we laughed and joked all morning. Even talked about bringing my son over to switch dentists. She made my X-rays and 3D pictures go smoothly even though I hate them. Glad I'm back at this office—she made me feel like I never left. Hope she's there every Saturday!

Everyone from the front desk to the back office are very professional, knowledgeable and polite. The office is very clean and the latest equipment. I felt very relaxed and comfortable while being examined.

Dr. Alina is an excellent dentist—knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. She's incredibly skilled and kind, made me feel completely comfortable. Assistant Malica explained every step clearly. Office manager Luis is very nice. The office is clean, well organized, and all staff are friendly. They take care of people nicely with good instruments. Highly recommend!

Had a 10:30 AM appointment and spent three hours without getting the cleaning I came for. Wasn't called back until 11:30, then they took way too many X-rays and scans for a routine cleaning. When I said I just wanted a regular cleaning, they said it might not be possible because it was a comprehensive exam. After all that, I left frustrated. Not a good experience.

Worst experience as a person on a fixed income. Paid $1350 for a partial that was poorly made—bendable and cheap looking. Didn't use it even one day. Went to see the manager three times and was told I had it for 1.5 years because I gave up. Recently told if I had a cleaning six months from the date maybe they'd help. Why would I get a cleaning at a place that gave me poor service? Felt robbed.

Update: didn’t update my cancelled appointment in their system and sent me a bunch of texts for it. Can’t manage a calendar or be professional to patients. Was slightly rude when asked to be removed from DNC list and to cancel appointment. “You do not have an appointment at ideal dental” was the entire response. Then why am I receiving texts? Lol.

I would give zero stars but that isn’t an option.
This was my first time ever going here. Before I was even seen I was asked if I wanted to be screened for oral cancer and that insurance wouldn’t cover this. Why? Family history? No. I don’t use tobacco. They know nothing about me. No one has seen me or talked with me in an exam and yet they want to know if I want to be screened. Why do they get a kick back for each screening? Idk.
The person who did see me was more concerned with the tv show than me asking me what did he/she say. I don’t know…. Please focus on me not your tv.
I have diabetes and every doctor and dentist have asked me how I was managing my A1C. I was never asked anything about it. I filled out my information to let them know my health history and yet nothing was asked or mentioned.
I expect a high level of care and I just don’t believe that I was given what I think I should expect. Therefore, I will NOT be going back here ever again.

Absolutely amazing experience. I've been searching for a dentist who could see me, my adult son, and 12-year-old daughter. Called Ideal on a whim even though they're almost an hour away. Got on the schedule quick, they saw us all the same day, and most of us got same-day treatment. Staff professional, accommodating, and clean. Finding someone my daughter felt comfortable with after a bad experience elsewhere was such a relief. I'll keep coming back.

The staff was great. The female dentist cleaned my teeth but didn't tell me I looked like Chris Rock in New Jack City with a thick white substance all over my lips. She could've said go to the bathroom and clean it off. No she let me walk out looking crazy. I went to my truck trying to get it off but my lips was on fire. Finally after about 10 mins I finally got it off. The dental assistant was great tho. She made me feel chilled because I dont like the dentist. She made it very comfortable. But overall my experience was cool.
