Honestly, I felt like the dentist I saw was pretty new to the field. I left frustrated with my care, and I think they picked up on that. Now I'm finally posting because my denture fell off the counter and broke in half. I paid a lot out of pocket for everything, and the quality of the products feels cheap. Patients spend so much on dental care here in Federal Way, and it's disappointing when the work doesn't hold up. I'd think twice before going here.

A few years ago, I came in for a routine cleaning and they accidentally broke one of my crowns—then charged me for the repair. It cost over $1k out of pocket, and it took 4+ extra appointments to fix. On top of that, I'd recommend double-checking your bills. They kept adding nonsense charges that I had to call out to get removed. For a dental practice in Federal Way, this was a really frustrating experience.

I really wanted to like this place since it was new, but my visit was disappointing. The office is clean and the front desk ladies, especially Cindy, were kind. But the dentist barely spent 30 seconds with me. He walked in with loupes on so I couldn't even see his face, handed me glasses, then quickly assessed my teeth and left. The hygienist was left to handle everything. For a Federal Way dentist, I expected more personal attention.

Very nice. Great atmosphere. Very welcoming. Before coming here, I did not trust dentists because of traumatic experiences of my past, but they all have helped that anxiety with ease. I can trust them, and i value them. Will make sure to keep going to them for as long I live here and hopefully whenever I move in the long future they have establishments like this everywhere so I can continue going to their network. This visit actually was a procedure for new dentists to get more accumulated and make the transition from intern to full fledged. I will always support them.

So very nice. Listened to me talk and slowed down if i felt any pain. Non judgemental and even helped me set up insurance for myself. They were understanding. It's a small dentistry but they were so professional.

I made my first appointment for gingiva pain, and even spoke with the front desk ahead of time to ensure everything was in order. As a self-pay patient, I was prepared for high costs, but I expected better communication and transparency before arriving.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel adequately informed during the process. I confirmed my appointment details online, specifically mentioning that I was there for scaling and gingiva treatment. However, when I arrived, the dental team seemed unaware of this, repeatedly discussing a generic dental plan saying the price is unbelievably expensive.
I know the self pay pricing is expensive, but it felt more like they were focused on upselling a dental plan rather than addressing my actual concerns. While the scheduling system was easy to use, the overall experience left me feeling like the focus was more on sales than on patient care. I had hoped for a more personalized, attentive approach, but unfortunately, it wasn’t the case here. I wouldn't recommend for students or people who have no dental insurance.

Went in for a root canal but tooth broken so had to pivot and get tooth pulled! They were great and made me feel so comfortable! I have very high anxiety going to the dentist and they were wonderful, explaining everything along the way!

Everyone from the beginning was so welcoming and understanding. Jeremiah (I believe that’s his name) answered all my questions and made me feel I made the right choice making the appointment not only over the phone but once I came in as well, all of the front desk had a smile on their faces and were funny which made it much easier to speak to them since they have an outgoing personalities. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist almost a fear based due to childhood experiences that I was overthinking of going in but since my back molar had a crack in it and I didn’t wanna lose my tooth I went in. The DA and the dentist were AMAZING, they gave me nitro and a blanket that helped so much plus local anesthetic they also showed me that my 2nd to last molar had a cavity as well and in the future the same thing could happen (mind you I have gone to 3 different dentist in the past 2 years and none of them told me anything like that. 1 was due to a move but the other 2 were due to the fact that I was not being heard about my dental issues and insecurities) I’m
