So about 20 years ago I was in a bad motorcycle accident that nearly cost me my life. I survived but lost my front tooth. For years I got by with a flipper and a partial. This year my son and I talked and I decided it was time to fix my smile. I researched and met with three different dentists in Spring, TX. They were all great but something was different with Dr. Mehta. The other two said they could do an implant where I wanted. Dr. Mehta was the only one who told me I couldn't get an implant where my front tooth was. He explained why and gave me honest options for dental implants and same day dentures. I appreciated his honesty and expertise. Finally getting the smile I deserve.

I would give zero if I could. I was a patient of Dr. Mehta for about 2 years. He did some work on my teeth. I changed dentists and it was discovered I had a tooth full of decay that he never mentioned. The decay was so bad I had to get a root canal. Even I could see it on X-ray. He totally ignored it while working on other teeth. My current dentist said it had been decaying for a while. I'm glad I switched before I lost the tooth. Not sure how he got so many positive reviews. Totally inaccurate.

Absolutely love this dentist office! Everyone is so sweet and professional and they really care about their patients. I shouldn’t even put 1 star! This is ridiculous. I came to my appointment and I got checked 4 times by the dentist assistant and an unprofessional doctor who couldn’t even read my paperwork and laughed asking if I was pregnant/expecting when the only option for me to mark yes or no. I marked the first choice which was pregnant/expecting and I marked that choice.
30 min after they tell me that the hygienist wasn’t even there. I called on Friday 7/29 to make sure I had my appointment this Saturday 08/02 and now they tell me the hygienist is available next Saturday.
I think most people can agree that coming to the dentist isn't fun at all! But Dr. Tran and his team were thorough and super helpful. They walked me through my treatment options without trying to upsell anything that wasn't needed. Jomaris, the receptionist, was so kind and worked with me on scheduling around my busy work schedule. I was talking with another older woman, also a patient, and she was telling me about her great experience with Dr. Tran too! So while not fun, I highly recommend trying out with Immediate Smiles in Spring, TX. You'll be glad you did.

I LOVE Dr. Mehta and his amazing staff! Previously I have struggled with anxiety at the dentist, and I’m happy to report it is completely gone since I’ve found Dr. Mehta. He is patient, kind, and has the best sense of humor! Additionally, everyone is very accommodating when it comes to scheduling! Couldn’t have found a better practice :)
I been coming to here for a year and a half they , have Great customer service front office and all the staff in the back , everyone that works there is super nice and professional the Dr is great listen to concerns and double checks to make sure everything is good . They also have affordable prices compare to other dentists. I would definitely recommend
So far everyone was nice and helpful. The consultation wasn’t long and I’ll be back Thursday for my second/first appointment in a few days.
My experience was outstanding from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone was incredibly courteous throughout. The entire visit was seamless and efficient. Kevin did an excellent job with my cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. I was so impressed that I’ve already booked the next appointment for my son and me!
Highly recommend this place! Dr. Rahul R. Mehta is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. He takes time to cover your needs and makes sure you understand the plan. Prices are really affordable. The office staff and nurses are kind and professional. Office is clean and instruments are sanitized. They have a coffee machine and cooler with cold drinks, nice to relax while waiting. I did teeth cleaning so far and I'm very happy. Planning to do an implant here, price is super good. Let's see how it goes in Spring, TX.

So far our first visit for implants has been great. I’m pretty sure I’ll post later. How the total experience has gone. The doctor seem knowledgeable. The location is close and it’s a very comfortable setting, and the staff is very friendly.
I LOVE THIS PLACE- they helped my son immediately. We tried another dentist yesterday, it was TERRIBLE. We didn't make it past X-rays because my child has a gag reflex. They sent us home. So I asked a friend and he suggested this place in Spring, TX. It's newly opened. And thankfully they have an updated X-ray machine that saved my son. We were brought back immediately and the staff is awesome. I highly recommend this dentist because the entire staff has a wonderful bedside manner. The visit was free, they gave us a dental plan and helped with financing. Just a great experience after the last dentist- try them❤️
