Great dentist! Dr. Hamilton is very sweet, patient, and has a gentle hand. My daughter wouldn't let any other dentist near her, but she got all her treatment done with him. I really recommend this place—they explain everything and are great with kids who have anxiety. If you need a dentist in El Centro, go here.

I've had the worst experiences with dentists my whole life—never got fully numb for bottom teeth. But not today with Dr. Art at Imperial Dental Specialties. After I told him my history, he did a special technique and it worked! Felt no pain during the crown on my lower molar. I actually relaxed in the chair—huge deal. Office is immaculate, staff professional and attentive. 10/10 dentistry!

My son and I used to go to Mexicali for dentistry but decided to stay local due to time. So glad we did! The doctors were professional and explained everything in detail. Cost with insurance is a bit higher than Mexicali but worth the extra money. Staff was so nice—rare in the valley. Highly recommend for anyone in El Centro looking for a dentist.

Terrible service the Doctors don't listen and they will try to split up procedures into multiple appointments instead of addressing your problems at once. I came in with discomfort in my gums and the doctors absolutely refused to address the issue. They insisted all I needed was a cleaning on my retainer. After insisting that the doctors inspect my gums, again because of my discomfort, they then told me they cannot perform the routine cleaning on my retainer. The whole inspection of my gums took 5 mins, so why in the hell cant you just clean my retainer like you were going to in the first place? Total waste of my time.
I have been coming here for three years and have to say this is hands down the best dental practice in the valley. Every staff member here from the receptionist to the doctor is incredibly kind and professional. They are great at what they do and I feel that they are very transparent with their services and pricing. The office is clean with modern technology.
Nothing but good things to say about my first visit. Office clean and nicely furnished. Greeted quickly, every procedure explained thoroughly, comfort checked often. The doctor showed X-rays and explained diagnosis and treatment plans. Financial person checked insurance and provided costs. When I said I wanted to start treatment, they worked things out so most was covered. Great experience for preventative care in El Centro.

I hate the dentist, always had horrible experiences. First time here, staff was friendly and welcoming. Dr. Arthur explained my X-rays and what needed to be done—kind and thorough. Came back for a dental emergency and Dr. Hamlet did the procedure. His voice and presence were calming, he kept checking on me, and his assistant was just as kind. The pediatric dentist was very animated and paired amazing with my child. The wait time of 3 hours was torturous, specially for a 4 year old’s first time at the dentist. I’d recommend this place if appointment times were honored. Unfortunately this appointment had also been rescheduled once by the provider. Due to these issues I consider a 3 star review is appropriate. It would be much more conducive if there were more than one pediatric dentist available and more staff available as per the assistants, they were short staffed.
Very clean and Serene place. The whole staff are very professional from the front end to the dentist. I have anxiety and the dentist was very patient and knowledgeable. He was honest and took his time to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family.
If i could rate 100 stars i would, today my son seen the specialist and had some major work done. The specialist and the assistants were So So Very Patient and considerate. Whenever my little guy started feeling upset or scared they stopped offered him water, comforted him and spoke sweet to him. The whole staff is so friendly and courteous. By far the best dentist visit I've experienced in the valley. Im so glad we found a great dentist for our children, such a relief. I am so GRATEFUL 💖

First time visit and they were super friendly. They did a great job exposing coverage, options for follow up visits and they had a really clean and organized office. They also gave my daughter a toy while she waited for my husband and I to finish our visit. I’d definitely recommend.

They're amazing and have a lot of patience, especially with kids. The pediatric specialist is awesome—my daughter loved her. She calmed her down and made her feel safe after a bad experience at another office. Clean place, excellent staff. Doctor and assistant were super helpful, patient, and had a great attitude making sure my 15 month old had a pleasant visit. Even gifted us a toy and a bag with surprises. However, the front desk lady would respond to me with an angry face and tone making me really uncomfortable while I tried to fill out paperwork.

Insurance is charged per tooth, which can use up all your dental insurance in one visit, but they will give you a paper that breaks down what is charged.
Dr. Hamlet cares about his patients and does a great job!! He doesn't rush, he takes time and listens to what you have to say and treats you like a patient, not a dollar sign. I liked the fact that he made it seem like there was no such thing as a dumb question. The staff definitely made me feel welcome and comfortable being a new patient there!
