Took our daughter here in Naperville for her first dentist appointment, and she's usually pretty anxious. I let the team know when I booked it, and they suggested we come in beforehand to show her around. Everyone was incredibly sweet during that visit. At her actual appointment, she did amazing—the hygienist and doctor were fantastic. She got the special princess room and picked out a prize afterward. Couldn't recommend this office enough for nervous little ones, especially for dental cleanings. Big thanks to Diana at the front desk!

We’ve been going to Innovative Pediatric Dentistry for several years now, and the experience has consistently been outstanding. The dentists and dental assistants are wonderful—always patient, kind, and great with kids. They do an excellent job making each visit comfortable and stress-free, and our children actually enjoy going to the dentist because of them.
The quality of care is top-notch, and it’s clear the entire team is committed to both dental health and creating a positive environment for families. We plan to keep coming here until our kids age out of pediatric care.
The only reason I’m giving a small note of feedback is because the front desk experience could be warmer. On our most recent visit, the greeting felt a bit unwelcoming. It’s a small thing, but first impressions matter—especially in a pediatric setting.

We love this dentist in Naperville. Dr. Q and his staff are so patient with both of my autistic kids—they explain things multiple times and show how the tools work before using them. My son had to get work done with nitrous oxide, and Dr. Q was extremely fast and efficient. Plus, video games in the waiting room are a huge hit for him. He used to hate the dentist, but now he has no problems going! Great for special needs dental care.

We travel an hour and a half to visit this practice and it is well worth it. The quality care we receive is top notch. All of the employees are always so nice and helpful. The doctor is so helpful and calm with my children. Highly recommend innovative!
My son is on the spectrum and non verbal. This staff has been more than accommodating to his needs and have all be beyond patient during his visits. Each time we check in they have a level of service that is welcoming. Thank you all for working with us all of these years.

Seriously, I can't recommend this dental office in Naperville enough! My 3-year-old daughter's first dental experience elsewhere was a nightmare—she cried the whole time, no x-rays, just horrible. But at Innovative Pediatric Dentistry, it was all smiles and laughter. They did x-rays on her, counted her teeth, and did a cleaning for my 5-year-old who loved it too! The cleaning technician was amazing and so patient. Denise at the front desk was super helpful and made everything 10 times easier. Will tell everyone about this place for pediatric dentistry.

Innovative was great when we first start here with Dr. Kirby. The staff were amazing. Unfortunately, things changed over time. Scheduling was difficult if you need to change it, staff will not follow-up with your voicemail and if you need a record from the dentist. They will not release any visit summary. Opted to transfer my kid to a better dentist.
Reviews help a lot to share past experiences. Hope this one will help others.
