I ❤️ this dental office. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The reason for the 3 stars is the terrible hygienist I had. She made comments that were not professional 6 months ago, but I chalked it up as a bad day. This time, she was still nasty. She told me she was the hygienist, as if I didn't know. She couldn't or wouldn't answer my questions regarding an upsale item. I asked 3 times before I said forget it. She even had the nerve to hurt me while flossing my teeth. I moaned. She didn't reply. Never again! I rescheduled my next appointment with a different hygienist. I refuse to have anything done other than a cleaning thanks to her. I pray that my next appointment will go smoothly.

I had an incredible experience at Intown Smile Studio. Dr. Patterson and Alexa were the reasons why. I walked in at the last minute after finally breaking down and realizing that "maybe it will get better" was not a strategy for a broken tooth I had. They were kind, empathetic, very forgiving of my fear of dentists but first and foremost highly competent and professional. I am grateful to them for their work and their humanity on a really bad day. I have found a new dentist. They were remarkable and it is a pleasure to share their good work with this review.
