This was my first visit to Iowa Dental of Grimes. Went in for a cleaning and check-up. Office staff were very nice, the hygienist was great and the DDS was very professional and did a great job making sure my teeth were in good condition. Dr. Jones just did a crown for me recently. Fantastic experience! In house lab to make the crown means no having to leave with a temporary crown and come back two weeks later to get the permanent one, it was all done in one appointment. The crown is perfect, feels just like a regular tooth, my bite is still perfect and honestly I don't even know it's there. Dr. Jones is the best of the best and continues to impress me each and every visit - he and his staff are experts and complete the dental procedures flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Jones!

Wow! Very impressed with this office! Had a bit of an emergency situation and their front office employee, Jean, was able to get me set up with a same-day appointment. Very friendly and helpful when setting up a new patient profile. Once at the location, my nerves were almost completely settled by the easy-going yet professional staff and their reassuring support and kindness. Dr. Jones came in, laid it all out for me, gave me his opinion and guidance and I left with a game plan! Dr. Jones and the dental hygienists do a fantastic job and ensure all of your concerns are addressed, and the reception staff is always nice and accommodating. After 17 years with the same dentist in Houston, moving to Iowa meant I had to start fresh—and I was nervous. I originally chose this office based on location, back when it was Cleen Teeth Rock. Since then, it’s transitioned into Iowa Dental Associates, and I decided to give Dr. Jones a try. I’m so glad I did. Dr. Jones and his entire staff are exceptional—warm, professional, and incredibly patient. During a routine cleaning, they found a few cavities (which, as someone who gets nervous about dental work, made me anxious about coming back). But the follow-up appointment was honestly one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. Jones made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I’m so happy to have found a new dental home here in Iowa, and I truly hope I get to stay with Dr. Jones for the next 17 years too.
