I was stressing in trying to make it on time to my appointment and Natalia was being so kind and considerate and was very polite! Sally our nurse was being so patient and very productive on our first visit big props on getting a nervous toddler to settle and be excited! Brought my son here after trying multiple locations to help us out. Even with the traumatic experiences at the other offices we immediately knew Dr. Y and the amazing staff were the people we could trust with turning things around. Hailey at the front desk was who I spoke with over the phone in between calling around frantically regarding a possible extraction and she made my mama heart feel supported instantly.
