Very bizarre. I called 2 times to get my family established here as we had just moved to the area. I spoke with someone who took my info and said someone would call me back. After multiple days and attempts, I’m taking the hint that this wouldn’t be a great place to go.
We are truly sorry for this experience. You are absolutely right to expect a timely call back, and we missed the mark here. We recently transitioned to a new answering service, and it is clear it did not work as intended in your case. That is on us.

Everyone in the office is so nice. My hygienist is friendly, gentle, thorough, and she never asks questions while she has her hands in my mouth. Love her! Dr Jackson is also very good and explains things in detail.

On Veterans Day, I arrived for my free dental appointment and was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. Upon entering the examination room I received thanks for my service in the Armed Forces by the Dentist Assistant and was immediately advised of my services which would be rendered doing my appointment. I felt comfortable and it helped me to relax.
Upon meeting Dr. Eric Jackson, I was thanked once again and received additional information on what services would be rendered. The heartfelt conversation and kindness shown truly put me at ease and assured me that this was indeed a truly professional staff.
The work I received was beyond great! It made me realize that there are still great people in this world. I have NEVER felt comfortable with dentistry until meeting Dr. Jackson. Kudos to him and his staff and I have now switched my services to his Dental Clinic even though it’s quite a distance from my residence. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism shown. Dr. Jackson is everything you want in a dentist. Personable, thorough, compassionate, patient, and just overall a great guy. He always takes his time to explain things and make you feel comfortable. Free massages on Fridays are an awesome perk too. Dr Jackson is Super amazing with the kiddos. My girls are always asking when they get to go back to the dentist!! 🤣 highly recommend!

"Loved it" might be a tad over the top for seeing the dentist but I would really recommend Dr. Jackson and his staff to anyone who needed dental services! Like everyone else, I have had some good dentists and some bad dentists and it's the latter who seem to inform your expectations, unfortunately. Dr. Jackson and everyone I have met at his office have listened very carefully to my concerns and requests at each visit and have been very responsive. I feel more comfortable during my appointments than I expected to be. I have every expectation of continuing to be a patient for many years to come.

He is on time so you aren't waiting forever in the waiting room, he's quick with his work, very gentle, and makes you feel very comfortable while you are there.
