My wife broke a tooth the night before a big concert. Called Saturday morning and Dr. Ference—who wasn't even our regular dentist—got her in within an hour. He had her fixed up in a few hours and she was happy. His wife was wonderful, he took his time, and she said he explained everything and made sure she was as pain-free as possible. Definitely recommend and we'll be switching to him.

Dr. Ference was amazing. Workers comp sent me to him after a swinging door knocked my front tooth out. The original dentist they wanted was rated 1 star and hours away in Pittsburgh. I'm late posting this, but I really want to commend Dr. Ference for doing a great job with my infected tooth last year. I'd been with another dentist for years and had a root canal done by him. Well, it got infected and I went back several times but he still couldn't fix it. I was always in pain whenever he tried to close it. Over the weekend I was desperate, called Dr. Ference's office in the morning, and Julie was so nice—they got me in and fixed it right. Finally pain-free!

Excellent dentist! But they won't call you back like they promise. Also, my dentures made there moved around from day one. They said come back for relining, I went multiple times not knowing I was being charged—insurance paid close to $400 and they still want $74 from me. And my dentures are still the same! Could have gotten new ones for that.
