The dentist was rude, jammed tools roughly, and caused pain. Plus, an employee took a picture of my X-ray on her phone, which is a big privacy concern. For something like root canal treatment in NYC, this was unacceptable.

I go here for every 6mo to 1 year annual teeth cleaning. Lately, I’ve gotten 2 tooth extractions by dr. Kenneth Ho. He is very polite, friendly and makes sure we have the correct prep before the procedure. Overall, the service is smooth and I would recommend Jane dental to anyone who need a checkup!

This dental clinic’s front desk staff is highly unprofessional. Their main goal seems to be luring people in just to charge consultation fees. The clinic’s efficiency is incredibly low. I had a 1:30 appointment and arrived at 1:15 to check in early, but wasn’t seen until 2:15. After waiting for an hour, the dentist tells me I shouldn’t have come to her and should’ve seen my original dentist. I explained that the front desk insisted I come, and I even asked them to check with her beforehand. It was a complete waste of my time and money. After waiting an hour, they charged me $100 for a consultation just to tell me I shouldn’t have been there. Feels like a scam.
Got my brace done here, It’s my biggest regret in my life. Tooth come out not even! I have told her it’s not during the treatment, she didnt care said” it is the way it is” refuses to do any adjustment and told me if I keep refuse to finish whole treatment , she gonna charge more money after that visit. And she charges perment retainer for extra money which should be free with the treatment. Her goal is all about money, just want to get you done soon not quality. Total waste of money, I have to go see another dr to fix it properly.
I’m so thrilled to finally find a great dentist that accepts my Insurance. I’ve been to this practice about three times – – once for a basic cleaning and check up and two times for a crown. All three times I was seen instantly, received great service and they’re extremely organized and delightful to work with at the front desk.

I met with Dr. Ho for my appointment for wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Ho is very professional and down-to-earth. He made me feel very safe and comfortable during the entire procedure. I removed two wisdom teeth in less than 10 minutes with minimal wait time in the lobby. It really felt like a breeze. I went with my sister as she was also getting her wisdom tooth extracted and he was able to work between us efficiently without jeopardizing patient care. He allowed me to watch my sister's extraction as I waited for my anesthesia to set in. He is attentive and provided clear instructions throughout the procedure. My post-procedure recovery was excellent as well! I recovered by day 2 post-procedure, even my friends were surprised and asked me which office I went to. Dr. Ho genuinely cares for his patients and even checks in on us post-procedure to answer any lingering questions or concerns. Dr. Ho is awesome! Highly recommend!
